“Best customer service experience in a long time. I highly recommend ordering through Warm Your Floor. They are extremely knowledgable and responsive. I received a call within 30 minutes of my order, letting me know that a couple panels I ordered were out of stock, but would be in for shipping in two days. WYF offered to send a partial order (same day) or wait until all products were available. I opted to wait, and then received notification that everything shipped two days later. I received the full order 3 business days later. I then had a self-inflicted installation issue that they were incredibly flexible in helping me solve. I would recommend WYF to anyone!! I purchased the retrofit under-floor electric 120V product, which was relatively easy to install, and I am enjoying a wonderfully warm floor now!!”

“We have Nuheat heat mat under our tile floor in the kitchen. Unfortunately the thermostat stopped working (it was 19 years old). So after searching the internet I found warmyourfloor website, with a phone number to call with questions (yeah). I called and talked with very helpful service representative who told me which thermostat I needed and then she helped place the order for me. Very much appreciated. We now have our warm floor again. Yeah!”
