“I received everything and on time. I didn't need the wire strap since I was using the heat matrix. Just something else I have to dispose of. I installed it myself and the only thing i had to really figure out was how to use all the excess temp. probe lead. Good order; As far as I can tell, a good product.”

“I replaced the wall panel without too much difficulty. The new unit is vastly superior. The floor was put in 2014 and has been amazing. It's great to wake up to a warm marble floor; the floor also gently heats the room. Great part of any renovation or new build!”
