I have used Warranty Wise for couple of years now and they have always been very competitive in price and the warranty coverage they provide my customers is very comprehensive. My account manager Ben Wilson is proactive and always tries to get the best deal for my customer without any compromise in service delivery. Glad to do business with them !

After a lot of research.- warranty wise have the highest pay out rate for any issues. Had my range rover sport under 3 warranty with them. Peace of mind! Great team, and easy to deal with over the phone. Thanks team!

Excellent customer service. I had a fault with my BMW Z4, flat battery, dead on the driveway. Included in my policy is AA breakdown. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty electronic water pump. The car was recovered to a garage of my choice and the vehicle was repaired with very little cost to us ( I think we had to pay for coolant) All in ll I would be happy to recommend there service. Nik was amazing! Great service, ran me through everything. Seemed like a top bloke and someone who genuinely cared for his customers. The lady who finished it off when he was out the office was also lovely, but mainly dealt with Nik via phone and email! Thank you. HOWEVER - If the service is as bad as some say if / when I need to claim, I will happily go to court as I have been ripped off before!

I find them easy to contact and pleasant to communicate with, although I have not needed to claim on my warrant I am confident that should I need to it will be dealt with professionally..

I received excellent service from the representatives I spoke with and I am confident that I have purchased a quality product that will satisfy all of my unpredictable motoring needs. GULP!! Only just read the previous reviews. What has been said about the sales pitch is obviously spot on. Now I am NOT so confident.

I recently had a problem with the immobiliser in my car which stopped it from starting. Through warrantywise I was able to get rapid roadside assistance provided by the AA. My car was towed to the garage of my choice and they payed over £900 for the repair as it was covered under my policy. I found them very easy to deal with and was very pleased with the service. I saved a lot of money instead of having to fork out everything for the repair myself. Make sure to have all of the documentation required in order to be properly covered. I had a full service history with all documentation provided from previous owner.

I contacted Warrantywise regarding an extended car warranty. I spoke to Joshua Thomas who was very helpful and answered all my questions, and helped me pick the best policy for me. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with Warrantywise for 8.5 years for 2 cars and have found them competitively priced, promptly paid any valid claim, they have always understood and positively responded to any issue in a timely manager. I have found the admin staff, polite, understanding and always go the extra mile.

Awful customer service, missold me a car warranty and when I came to claim for a major fault which was costly they declined to assist me. They hid terms and conditions via a link in the email to their website and the email said that the terms and conditions were attached to the email which when you read the document attached to the email which is actually the policy schedule it sounds like you're buying great cover when in reality its pretty much not worth the paper its written on with the 10/100 warranty. I'm trying to get a full refund from them but they are not being helpful at this point in time so I may have to take legal action somewhere down the line.

I bought a 5 year old VW Passat GTE which is a petrol/hybrid vehicle and took out a 06/06 warranty with Warranty Wise which included main dealer rates of pay for repairs. A month or so later my car developed an intermittent electrical fault in the engine management/high voltage charging systems. The faults were identified and the Warranty Wise procedures for claiming repair costs were followed which resulted in the repairs being paid by Warranty Wise. Initially there was a suggestion that EV problems were not covered by my policy. However after speaking to the company they listened to the recording made when I took out the policy on the phone which made it clear that EV cover should have been included in my policy. Thanks to the involvement of Rachel, a senior customer relations advisor, who used her initiative to listen to the phone call recordings the claims process resulted in payment of the claim for the repairs done by the VW agents. Although the initial claim was delayed due doubts that EV problems were covered by my policy once these doubts had been resolved and Rachel became involved in the discussions, the system worked as advertised for which many thanks.

Please avoid like the plague.....had a failed engine.....monumental debts from being in garage for 10 weeks.......they refused on wear and tear 2017 plate car with 73000 on clock......took out warranty for peace of mind ....now had to scrap my car to pay garage bills ......and left to pay outstanding costs on car.....sham....scam....and fraud .....they had all excuses under the sun to not pay out ...... avoid.....avoid ..... companies shouldn't be allowed to rip off the public like this!!!!!!

I spoke to Grace Kirby at Warranty Wise about my renewal on a couple of occasions, she was very helpful and efficient. She offered a 13 months for the price of 12 deal and was tenacious in following-up a couple of times in the following week (that style may not be everyone's cup of tea but I like it and it makes such a pleasant change from most other telesales and customer service experiences I have had where the staff make you feel like they are doing you a favour by answering the phone, let alone return calls or respond to emails). I asked for a couple of things to be confirmed by email and I received the written confirmation within a few minutes of our call ending - very impressive.

Original quote was not quite what I wanted but spoke with Mayah and we changed the quote to what I required. All done very easily Then I sold car and hoped I could cancel warranty as replacement car had balance of Porsche 2 year warranty Kaydon persevered in getting in touch with me and glad he did as we managed to sort out cancellation and organise a refund to boot. Thanks for all your help WarrantyWise.
