“My watch was ordered on 14th Nov and has been stuck in Customs at Heathrow since 21st November (13 days & counting). I’m expecting customs to contact me but no-one has. Have sent several messages to Watches.com who just tell to contact DHL - but DHL tell me to contact the vendor! No idea how this will be resolved or if I will ever get the Watch.”

“I was a bit worry about the actual quality of the watch as watches.com being an online shop, I haven’t had the opportunity to see the thing I’m buying in the real life. But the result was really good. The international delivery time was also surprizingly good. And last but not least, the product selection on the web site is really nice. So, I would definitely buy again from watches.com.”

“They have a great selection of watches and had the exact model I was searching for in stock. I did have to pay exactly msrp even though I found the same watch at a military PX for almost $40 cheaper just a couple of days after placing my order, so now I have two of them. Watches.com does have a great return policy, but I decided to keep one stock and mod the other. My order was shipped promptly and was well packaged.”
