“I am in love! I used the tote immediately for a trip to the lake! The little pouch was PERFECT for carrying my weekend supply of drops! I am addicted to the glass bottles too! I fill up three every night and make sure to drink them during the day! Plus I fill up a carafe, add two drops to share with my husband!”

“My first order was a stainless steel bottle that came with four flavors. I added FOCUS to that order. I didn't receive any communication for some time and was concerned. I reached out to Waterdrop and was informed there was a problem with some of the orders and mine was in the queue now. Shortly thereafter, I got my order. It was packaged well and everything looked great. I enjoy the bottle, the drops and the look of the adorable drop boxes. I have since ordered twice more and my orders were received very quickly.”

“I absolutely love this company. I've made multiple purchases at this point, and the products are always fantastic. They're shipped quick, and well protected, even though I've ordered a few glass items. The water drops are delicious and the designs are so fun. I'll definitely be buying more!”

“I ordered the 5 +1 package. I was excited for it to arrive. When the package arrived, the envelope was ripped and there were 2 boxes missing. I contacted the company and was so pleased at the quick response and the option of credit or replacement. Let’s just say, this company made this situation right!!!! Now, the flavors I have tried are incredible and will definitely be referring friends.”

“This limited flavor Vibe--- WOW! It actually makes me reconsider flavored water. LOVE this one! It's perfect in my new large Vibe bottle, just one tab! I hope this flavor becomes a regular flavor as it is my absolute favorite-- I ordered 6 more... If there was a volume discount, I'd buy even more!”

“I love love love these drops. They make my water taste excellent and keep it interesting enough to drink several bottles a day. I love the variety of the flavors and how refreshing they are. Some have a stronger artificial sweetener taste, and some taste chalky/vitamin-y if left out for too long. But all in all, I am really enjoying these drops, as is my 5 year old daughter! The reason I can't give 5 stars at this point is that the customer service is lacking. The response times have been crazy long, which is understandable during a busy season. But what isn't acceptable to me is that some of the replies seem to be a generic response that doesn't address my specific concerns. It seems that once you get a hold of a representatives attention, they seem to be more helpful...but it's taken a super long time to feel heard. If there are no issues with your order/product, then all is well!”
