“LOVE this product!! The packaging, the drops, the accessories- impressed with all of it! I teach high school full time and these drops are my water treat and make the funny-tasting water fountain water bearable. “Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE waterdrop. But my latest delivery arrived with an open package and nothing in the envelope. I reached out to waterdrop and they said they would update me in 1 business day. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again…no reply. So I reached out again…radio silence. I tried calling and their phones are off this week. At this point I really question the company and customer service. I’ve been ordering these since 2020 and am clearly not a valued customer since they have not resolved this issue. If this isn’t fixed I will no longer buy anything from them which is really disappointing to me.”
