“I’m so disappointed. My Lucy cap would never fully charge, and then would only hold its charge for 3-4 hours. I wrote immediately, and it took 5-6 days for ANY reply. During that time, it quit completely. I am still getting dragged around with strung out emails.”

“Cute cups, but the leak proof insert makes it impossible to drink from the mouthpiece. Taking out the insert makes the cup impractical for toddlers because they spill everywhere.”
