“The water packets are good except for a very short shelf life. Some flavors taste artificial with a strong after taste from the sugar substitute they use. Others are very pleasant. Disappointed that I bought many packs and they have a one month expiration date. Customer service was helpful regarding the mold that developed in my glass water bottle, but not helpful or knowledgeable when discussing the expiration dates. I feel they weren't very transparent about the quick expiration date. These packs are too expensive to expire so quickly. The matte ceramic water glasses are very nice. I think they are the best product they sell. They're really lovely and would re-purchase. Not sure if I would repurchase the water vitamin packs though. Better to buy in a store where you can check the expiration date.”

“I love water drops and their steel bottles. These have become a staple in my life. I use the regular throughout the day, the caffeinated while I work out and then the electrolyte after the gym. The product is great, my favorite flavors are Youth and Glow. Snow is hands down the best but its a limited flavor. Please make SNOW a full-time in the lineup!”
