“I like Waterdrop’s concept and that they use stevia as the sweetener. The drops aren’t too sweet or strong but each flavor has what is to me unusual undertones from the herbs or fruit used for flavorings. I would very much like to see flavors of watermelon, and a cucumber/lime or cucumber/mint for the summer as well as a cherry for year-round.”

“LOVED: Vibe, Youth and Boost PLUSES: Makes drinking more water easier. Pretty bottle that keeps my water cool and fits in my drink holder in the car (20 oz). Some flavors seem to increase energy. MINUSES: Be careful what you drink near bedtime. I'm still experimenting about what I can and can't use at that time. I'm a light sleeper and I think, so far, Glow and Boost make it difficult for me to go back to sleep. I also don't care for cold water, which is the way Waterdrops are recommended to be consumed, so I drink all the flavors cool...room temp from the faucet. Probably detracts from the flavor but I can only drink cold water in small sips. To finish all the water I need, I have to be able to chug it. Gives me a headache if cold. DO NOT CARE FOR THESE: Zen and Focus. Glow is okay but not a fave. CURRENTLY WAITING FOR: Love and Shiro to try. Shiro will hopefully be good for morning Boost. SHIPPING DIFFICULTY: Waterdrop doesn't tell you how items will ship ahead of time. This is fine for most people but my town doesn't have street delivery of USPS mail...only UPS. I've had one shipment returned because it came USPS rather than the first UPS shipment and the post office wants more money to redeliver the pkg. No way. If this problem continues, I may have to quit buying these. It needs to come USPS or UPS each time so I know which shipping address to provide.”

“I am in love! I used the tote immediately for a trip to the lake! The little pouch was PERFECT for carrying my weekend supply of drops! I am addicted to the glass bottles too! I fill up three every night and make sure to drink them during the day! Plus I fill up a carafe, add two drops to share with my husband!”

“I love love love these drops. They make my water taste excellent and keep it interesting enough to drink several bottles a day. I love the variety of the flavors and how refreshing they are. Some have a stronger artificial sweetener taste, and some taste chalky/vitamin-y if left out for too long. But all in all, I am really enjoying these drops, as is my 5 year old daughter! The reason I can't give 5 stars at this point is that the customer service is lacking. The response times have been crazy long, which is understandable during a busy season. But what isn't acceptable to me is that some of the replies seem to be a generic response that doesn't address my specific concerns. It seems that once you get a hold of a representatives attention, they seem to be more helpful...but it's taken a super long time to feel heard. If there are no issues with your order/product, then all is well!”

“I am really enjoying my waterdrops, except for the BOOST. I give the 4 stars, instead of 5, because the BOOST is included in all the multi-flavor kits (which are more affordable), and because I have written to customer support about it, but received no response. To me, and also my daughter, the BOOST has a strong soapy taste. I even tried diluting it with 1600ml water, and could not tolerate the soap taste. I don't know which ingredient is causing this taste.”

“So far have loved everything that I have purchased from the company and unfortunately had to utilize their excellent customer service department for items broken during shipping. The representative gave me a choice to reship ( which I chose the first time) or a store credit( points) to repurchase the item on a later order which I chose the second time. Also this has helped me start increasing my water consumption. I also gifted a bottle and sampler pack to a friend on her 50th and she LOVED it!!”

“I love my waterdrop products! Love is turning out to be my favorite so far! My only complaint - if you can call it a complaint - are the number of sold-out products. It's a good thing that people love the products - but a bummer for those of us that want to purchase more! I am also looking forward to the tea that is available overseas - super excited for when the European products will be available to us in the US.”

“A little pricey, but most flavors are good and the products are sturdy. There is either a design flaw or a defect with the cap on my bottle (the metal comes detached from the plastic part that threads onto the bottle so it’s hard to tell if it is closed).”
