“great product, tried a variety to see what I liked. I like the drinks very much, but I really wish the price was lower. Yes, we're helping the environment, by not wasting plastic, but the drinks per serving are more than drinks in plastic. Just seems a little too high priced for most people.”

“For the most part, I like all the flavors. However I do like the flavor stronger, so I use less water per drop, or end up using two drops. I have no problem drinking my water quota, I drink a gallon of water a day. And find that easy to do, I crave water.”

“Overall, Waterdrop has beautiful products. Any negative issues involve the high prices and the lack of safe, secure packaging. Boxes are not sturdy and always arrive somewhat distressed and crumpled. One of my items arrived in pieces and unfortunately was, and has been out of stock for a while now. Other items I'm interested in are also out of stock, which is sad to me. Perhaps there have been manufacturing problems due to the pandemic, I don't know. They're customer service is very good and I was reimbursed for my broken item, so I am happy about that. I just hope they can survive as a new business a long, long time.”
