I contacted Waterdrop on the same day it arrived and they couldn't be more helpful. They responsed to my email within an hour of making it requesting photographs of the broken item. The next day I had a new bottle sent out to me. They even included two packs of the flavour tables which is really nice and appreciated!
Quality is fantastic. Really heavy and solid feeling. The cap is good as well as previous glass bottles that I put into the freezer usually turn into a vaccum and I can't twist them off but this one works with ease.
