The toddler bottles leak so bad. Terrible customer service. Waste of money

I received my water bottle on Friday after it had arrived over a week late, to open the packaging to find the bottle top smashed off during delivery. I sent an email and had a prompt email back to ask me to give them 1 day to respond. I have still not received a response and have had to send a subsequent email and photos expressing my dissatisfaction. This is my first order with water drop and so far they have not met my expectations of customer service. Having read reviews after placing my order I can see that this is a common complaint and wish I had not placed my faith in this company. I do not recommend this company.

Not to be trusted . As a loyal customer , never fought it will happens to me - order placed was not arriving for two months . I was chasing by e-mails and everything I had as a response were time by time formal, meaning nothing ( copy/paste probably) answers .When I start posting if on the Facebook ,my order arrived in 4 days . Probably coinsidence

This is the third time I’ve been sent the faulty batch! Such a poor customer service. Despite highlighting the issue they keep sending me the same batch! No resolution and really disappointing

I ordered two Waterdrop cups and they arrived with thick black marks on them. Almost like streaks of rubber. They were nothing like the smooth slightly marble finish shown in the adverts. On raising this with Waterdrop and asking for replacements, they refused. All they would say is that they would let the Product dept know and that each cup is unique and ‘we are still far from the home stretch and are always trying to improve our products…’ . How hard would it have been to replace them with ones without significant black marks?

Really bad as parcel was delivered not put in my designated safe space left in front door and by time I got home 4 days later it had gone and despite raising four times with customer services - no reply !!! Really disappointed

Overpriced bottle and the rubber top soon stopped working properly. The packaging is ridiculous with layers of cardboard and they also sent me the wrong colour. Customer service appalling with an unanswered phone number and three days for an email reply. They told me that the orange bottle they sent was the bright red I ordered! I gave up so just binned the crappy thing and bought elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I'd give zero if I could. My boyfriend bought me the Lucy Smart Cap for my birthday after wanting it for months. Due to it being a gift by the time I got it and tried it it was out of its return period however it has never worked. Waterdrop are incredibly slow to reply to their emails and only send you the information already present on their website. The last time they replied was over 2 weeks ago to say they sent videos I'd sent them to their tech team to review and I've have 0 response or update on how it's going. It is an absolute scam and so expensive for something that they don't even help you when it won't work. I've literally never had service as bad as this.

Items not delivered and communication very poor items apparently returned to sender as they couldn’t find my address even though they have delivered before The offers on the original order are now gone and water drops will not reinstate my original order very disappointing as I like to concept and product

The customer service is a joke. I received a defective item. (A sleeve of a glass bottle had stains; and when I washed it, the print pattern came off and faded). I reported this issue with evidence photos, and they offered me £5 voucher with a minimum purchase requirement and an expiry date 🤣 As it does not solve my problem, I suggested that I send back the whole thing for their investigation and they refund me - they became a ghost 👻 No response. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The bottom line is that they don't bother to check how this defective happened. There's no quality assurance mindset.

i have had Waterdrop before and found the whole experience to be good.. However 2nd time round the delivery totally failed (delivered to the wrong address) and trying to resolve this with both Yodel and Waterdrop has been painful.. The telephone number for WD doesnt work so cannot call anyone, was emailed a form to fill in to help them investigate - did that straight away and no comms since then (5 days later) have chased and no reply.... It shouldn't be this difficult so be warned if something goes wrong there are issues.......

I recently bought 6 of these 400ml tumblers in different colours. Whilst I did like them at first, after 8 weeks of limited use, the lids on four of the tumblers don't close anymore. I only found out when I used one and discovered that the contents of the bottle spilt all over my bag. To make matters worse, you can't even purchase an extra lid from Waterdrop as a replacement. So I'm really disappointed that I'm now stuck with four tumblers with lids that don't close anymore and this happened so quickly after purchase.
