“Awful. First and last time I will purchase. I tried the raspberry and it basically just coloured the water 🤢 Smells strong, but no taste. May as well just drink plain water. Don't advise add two tablets either, that didn't matter any difference. Ohhh and guess what you can't return it unless it's not be opened and it goes back to C.Z. really!! Ah well, the bin gets a friend...”

“Received the wrong flavour for a second time, instead of blueberry I received raspberry, which is a shame because otherwise I quite enjoy waterdrops products. The reason I didn't return the order is due to not noticing the flavour being wrong until after opening. I had previously opened a pod and it had smelled like blueberry and I'm not quite sure what happened there.”

“This is the second water drop order. The first one was great This last order all the pods were crumbly with a 3 month expiration date. I contacted CS they told me they’d send a replacement when the new batch is ready. 1 week later I receive the replacement order. Same batch number, same crumbly pods and same expiration date. When I contacted CS about the replacement they gave me a different excuse. It was exhausting”

“Would leave 0* if possible Would leave 0* if possible. Awful customer service. You have to pay for any returns yourself and to the Czech Republic, so think £10-£30. Then go through an extremely unnecessary lengthy return process to get a refund. Getting my money back took two months, countless emails and was like squeezing blood from a stone. There are many nicer bottles and accessories from easier and reputable companies like Camel. Wouldn’t ever waste my time with this company again. And I definitely wouldn’t trust their cubes of water flavour, looks like poison to me. Just add a slice of fruit to your drink.”
