Need to use a better carrier - Yodel are NOT the right fit for a premium company like Waterdrop. I was stood on my doorstep waiting for the delivery and the next minute the app changes from you are next to sorry we missed you! They must have just driven past. I even have a ring doorbell and there was nothing on that either.

I placed an order over £100 on 16th May 2024 and everything was showing in stock at time of placing the order. The shipping time of 2-5 days was given. On 22nd May I contacted them to find out why I had not yet received a shipping confirmation. I received what appeared to be an automated response from Andi later that day saying “I just checked on your order and have seen it has been exported to our warehouse.This means that it is currently being prepared for dispatch, so you should be receiving a shipping confirmation email soon.If you haven't received an update in the next few days, please reach out to us again so we can assist you further”. I wasn’t happy as we were going into the Bank Holiday weekend and had ordered these well in advance to specially be shared with friends that weekend on a camping trip. I replied to Andi on the 23rd May and asked for some sort of goodwill compensation as they had taken my £107 straight out of my account and I had not received my order within the stated shipping time. On the 24th May I received yet another less than helpful response from Andi (completely avoiding the goodwill suggestion)… “We have just checked on your order and have seen it has been exported to our warehouse. We are terribly sorry for the long wait! We have already escalated your case to our warehouse department to see what is going on. If you do not receive an update in the next few business days, please let us know, and we will of course resolve this further for you”. This is literally the same information I received 2 days before so I replied straight away asking for some goodwill gesture or a managers email so I could take it up with them. This is the 2nd or 3rd time now that Waterdrop had failed to deliver during their stated shipping time. The total lack of interest at resolving this matter had really soured my opinion of them by this point. If you can’t deliver within a certain time frame then don’t advertise this! It is false and misleading. I received no further replies from Andi so I started a new email conversation through their website to hopefully speak to someone other than Andi. On Monday 27th I received a reply from Kane… “I am very sorry that you have not yet received your order. I have been in contact with our warehouse team and unfortunately we are currently missing an item from your order, but are working on fulfilling it as quickly as possible. We apologize for the delay, but you will receive a confirmation email shortly with your tracking link. In the meantime, I have credited 500 points to your Club account as a small compensation and apology for the inconvenience”. I thanked Kane and hoped that my order was going to be sent out soon. On 31st May I emailed again and asked “I’d also like an update on order UK30427 as this order was placed on the 16th and no one has told me what actual item is holding up the dispatch. I can’t understand why the rest of my order can’t be sent in the meantime as it’s unreasonable how long I’ve been waiting for this order now. Please can you arrange for the remainder of my order to be sent out as soon as possible” Well guess what, we’re now 1st June 2024 and I’ve had no reply to my email and by the looks of it they won’t ever send me my order. If I don’t hear back from them by 3rd June I will be looking to cancel my order and all future subscriptions. Waterdrop have breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as they have failed to deliver within a reasonable time and I will be taking this to Trading Standards if this does not get resolved by next week. @Waterdrop - if you actually respond to this post do not tell me to contact your email address for further support. You already have my order number above and my numerous email communications so contact me directly. I wasted enough time and money chasing you already!

Cola had a disgusting after taste. I returned 3 unopened packets two week ago. I completed returns info online before sending as was requested according to their website. The return was tracked and was received a week ago. I have tried contacting them but no response and I’ve still not received my refund. Can someone please action my refund? It’s really a terrible customer service!!!

Very frustrated with my Lucy cap. It is forever needing to be reconnected, does not remember what’s been drunk when disconnected, and now won’t clean at all. I would not purchase again.

I received my water bottle on Friday after it had arrived over a week late, to open the packaging to find the bottle top smashed off during delivery. I sent an email and had a prompt email back to ask me to give them 1 day to respond. I have still not received a response and have had to send a subsequent email and photos expressing my dissatisfaction. This is my first order with water drop and so far they have not met my expectations of customer service. Having read reviews after placing my order I can see that this is a common complaint and wish I had not placed my faith in this company. I do not recommend this company.

Not to be trusted . As a loyal customer , never fought it will happens to me - order placed was not arriving for two months . I was chasing by e-mails and everything I had as a response were time by time formal, meaning nothing ( copy/paste probably) answers .When I start posting if on the Facebook ,my order arrived in 4 days . Probably coinsidence

This is the third time I’ve been sent the faulty batch! Such a poor customer service. Despite highlighting the issue they keep sending me the same batch! No resolution and really disappointing

I ordered two Waterdrop cups and they arrived with thick black marks on them. Almost like streaks of rubber. They were nothing like the smooth slightly marble finish shown in the adverts. On raising this with Waterdrop and asking for replacements, they refused. All they would say is that they would let the Product dept know and that each cup is unique and ‘we are still far from the home stretch and are always trying to improve our products…’ . How hard would it have been to replace them with ones without significant black marks?

Really bad as parcel was delivered not put in my designated safe space left in front door and by time I got home 4 days later it had gone and despite raising four times with customer services - no reply !!! Really disappointed

Overpriced bottle and the rubber top soon stopped working properly. The packaging is ridiculous with layers of cardboard and they also sent me the wrong colour. Customer service appalling with an unanswered phone number and three days for an email reply. They told me that the orange bottle they sent was the bright red I ordered! I gave up so just binned the crappy thing and bought elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I'd give zero if I could. My boyfriend bought me the Lucy Smart Cap for my birthday after wanting it for months. Due to it being a gift by the time I got it and tried it it was out of its return period however it has never worked. Waterdrop are incredibly slow to reply to their emails and only send you the information already present on their website. The last time they replied was over 2 weeks ago to say they sent videos I'd sent them to their tech team to review and I've have 0 response or update on how it's going. It is an absolute scam and so expensive for something that they don't even help you when it won't work. I've literally never had service as bad as this.

Items not delivered and communication very poor items apparently returned to sender as they couldn’t find my address even though they have delivered before The offers on the original order are now gone and water drops will not reinstate my original order very disappointing as I like to concept and product

The customer service is a joke. I received a defective item. (A sleeve of a glass bottle had stains; and when I washed it, the print pattern came off and faded). I reported this issue with evidence photos, and they offered me £5 voucher with a minimum purchase requirement and an expiry date 🤣 As it does not solve my problem, I suggested that I send back the whole thing for their investigation and they refund me - they became a ghost 👻 No response. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The bottom line is that they don't bother to check how this defective happened. There's no quality assurance mindset.
