“I absolutely can't believe that each water drop is individually packaged in plastic! What a terrible waste and so unnecessary. They make such a big deal about plastic reduction and then do that. Also their sugar free statement just basically means it's full of artificial sweetener instead - why can't it just be sugar free without an artificial substitute? Shipping from Europe also adds to a significant carbon footprint. We should just drink water in a glass from a tap, I've learnt my lesson.”

“disappointed with my latest order. As all the way through my shopping cart, it kept telling me to add this much £**, and then add £**, to get a free gift. but didn't specify to add it to my basket at the end. So never received the free gift when I eventually reached the target. Very miss leading and will not be using Waterdrop again. Very annoying having spent so much with Waterdrop over Christmas and New Year.”

“Well, I was so excited when I saw this because I was struggling to drink enough water so I decided to get it. I tried three different flavours and unfortunately, I found that I had an allergic reaction to it. I was covered in red dots on my neck, face, legs, arms, hands and fingers. So, remember folks be careful when buying things on the internet. Sometimes things don't seem as grand as they seem.”

“My delivery didn’t arrive in advertised timescale, delivery was then attempted when I was out before the items were returned to the sender. Waterdrop are so far unwilling to refund my money even though I have never received any items. They say they will refund once items are received back at their depot but that could take another month (if ever) given how long it took them to attempt delivery in the first place and per the tracking information they have not moved for the last week.”

“£1 for a glass of water? LOL Wow, all the reviewers here must read The Guardian and be more woke, than a, well woke thing! How on earth is it, 'green' compared to an ordinary glass of water? Hilarious concept so well done Vibe for making money out of people who appear to have so much, they enjoy squandering it...”

“very disappointed with my purchase waited for it to arrive and the bottle was missing! Customer service wasn't the best Bottle still not arrived I really couldn;t recommend to anyone at this stage, really disappointed”

“I like the idea of Waterdrop so even though seems expensive wanted to give it a go. Tried 3 out of the 5 flavours I ordered and really don't like the taste. Went to look at returns and it's pretty simple that they don't accept anything that's been opened (even though the rest of the pods are sealed), and if you want to return you do at your own cost to Germany. This isn't ideal for a fairly new type of product”

“I recently ordered the waterdrop advent calendar. I ordered it in hope that I could sample a variety of flavours and then order more of some of my favourites. However, when I opened the box, the sides to the advent calendar were open soI tried to close the ends back up. While I was doing this, I heard some of the capsules slide about, so I opened it up to put them back in place only to find I am missing almost half! This has been my first waterdrop order and I am now beginning to regret it. The only way I can find to contact waterdrop about this order is over the phone, which is far too time consuming. The only way I can contact them in writing is unfortunately by review.”
