This is not my first Waterdrop cubes and in overall they don’t disappoint. But, this time the cola was not up to scratch.

I have been getting Waterdrop for more than a year and enjoy the flavour and the added electrolytes provided. However, the new Frosted Lime flavour is surprising too sweet and rather too synthetic tasting.

Love the product but disappointed in latest batch as these have very short use by date just 2 months Would like there to be less packaging

I have not touched normal cola since trying this and I'm drinking more water and I have managed to get my whole family to do it aswell

The package are somewhat difficult to open due to my arthritic fingers I like the blueberry the shiro is ok for a little does of extra energy but not keen on the lemon & lime but is there an easier way to open those individually wrapped plastic I ain’t that patient

Flavours seem to have changed and are not as nice as previous . The new berry boost is very nice though and the raspberry drop is tasty. I have however taken to decision to return most of my order . Cost £13.70 to return to Czech Republic! I have ordered a few more berry boost as I wanted to used my points. Have been a customer for over a year and am disappointed in the change

Having purchased the new Microenergy Mango set, I am a bit disappointed with the orange Allpurpose bottle. It looks like it will get scratch very easily and very quickly, it already has little marks on it when it arrived!! Not up to scratch as my other purchased bottle - scuse the pun!@ I've not yet tried the Mango cubes but hope they will be as tasty as the Berry one x

Firstly I like the product but I think each cube would be better if it was 50% bigger as I tend to use 2 at a time otherwise I tend to find its water with a hint of flavour and I feel they are quite expensive sorry it’s just my opinion

Unfortunately for the second time I didn’t receive all of the products I wanted I was given a flavours I didn’t want or like. I didn’t bother complaining about it because I wasn’t solved last time I may order 1 more time and if I don’t receive the products I order I won’t be getting anymore

Customer service isn't great takes ages to get a reply. Items take a long time to arrive. I'm unimpressed that they have just increased all the points needed to redeem items by 500 points per item!!

My last order was a bit disappointing, sited of the lemon and lime that I ordered, I received lime green coffee, not totally unpalatable, but not what I wanted. The raspberry elderflower arrived as crumbs, love the taste, but very difficult to get in the bottles I use. This won't stop me ordering again, as really am enjoying the product

Didin't get blackcurrent got Blackcurrent Elderberry, Didn't get Raspberry got Raspberry Elderflower, Didn't get Peach got Peach Ginger. I hate ginger, wouldn't have ordered it if I had known I would get this. Wanted the plain straightforward flavours I ordered. No explanation given for the replacements. I like Waterdrop but it is not cheap, so I therefore I expect to get the flavours I ordered.

Can’t get any water out. I have to remove the valve and when my son drinks it leaks if he isn’t drinking it the right way. There is a small hole where water leaks from if he drinks from the back. Not suitable for toddler then.

Far from happy by the customer service but the products are good. Live chat was never available and emails are slow and sometimes you are ignored completely.

Water drops are good and like the variety of flavours so I know what I’m going to get next time. Got the pink cup with my points so was free (which was great!!). Cup is a lovely colour and keeps things warm - however. It’s annoying that you have to get the lid separately. So my cup can only keep things warm for a limited time due to no lid (which is £8.90, when the cup itself is £11.90!!) so I think they should be sold together as the only option as it makes sense.

Have always enjoyed Waterdrop! However, my last order, the blueberry waterdrop microlyte came powdered. I’m very sad with this.

Bit of a hit or miss with these. The melon ones are disgusting but most of the others are nice. Sometimes it can be quite grainy and doesn't fully dissolve. Probably wouldn't order again but if I did I would only choose certain flavours.

Love the hydration cubes! But the customer service needs a lot of work! Also if something is out of stock after purchasing; they don’t inform you at all and when enquiring you get a single response and the wait time is from 2 days to over a week so needs a lot of work. Love the products but the company has more improvements to do hence the 3/5 stars.
