“Unfortunately, it’s in a drawer because I can’t get it to work! Glass bottle, steel bottle. Got in touch with customer services tried their advice. It still doesn’t work. Gave up!”

“I love your product and would have given it five stars but the fact that each waterdrop is wrapped in plastic is unacceptable in this day and age. Do better!”

“I love the flavours, I love how much more water I am drinking, and I love the pretty bottles. The deliveries are fast and the online ordering system is straightforward and easy to understand. The only downsides are that they are a bit pricey, and I would like more options to recycle the packaging for individual drops.”

“Personally, I feel that these little flavour cubes are a nice idea. However, they are quite weak in flavouring water. So, I have to use extra cubes. Thereby, making this particular item quite expensive. I do understand that the flavour of things is very subjective. My pallet is perhaps not so refined as others. Once I add cubes to taste the flavoured drink becomes very nice. In adding extra cubes. I do mean that I add only an extra one or two if I'm drinking from a flask. Also, I can smell the rubber gasket when I am drinking straight from the glass Waterdrop bottle. Maybe a silicone gasket would be better. A replacement gasket could be offered for the Waterdrop community?”

“Unfortunately I am unable to comment as my Lucy filter carafe feel out of the fridge a few days after I got them and I am unable to replace it at the moment”

“Enjoyed most of the taster packs. Ordered 3 of my favourite ones and they arrived very quickly. However I don't think I will be ordering any more as I feel the postage is too expensive. This is a pity as I do like the product. I have arthritic hands and find the small containers very difficult to open.”

“Very good quality glasses. Unfortunately I am disappointed this time around as I ordered 12 and the logo on n most of them was faded/scratched/not printed properly. Defects with all glasses received.”

“A new gadget which works well, however it does not seal the bottle and it leaks even for slight tilt which is very annoying as I jad my stuff wet in my bag.”

“After finally receiving my parcel( first one went missing) I have to say I am drinking more water but whether I stick to it or not remains to be seen as the flavours are not quite strong enough for me. The only one I really like is the Love one.”

“Very good. Quick deliveries and a constant communication from team. Find I need to use 2 or 3 to give a good flavour. Enjoy some more than others but that’s trial and error”

“The bottle and cover are pretty. The starter set I bought only had 3 drops per pack in, and I thought there would have been more for the price. They do taste nice, however feel they are quite expensive with the delivery costs of £5.95. I may order again but it would only be when free delivery offers are on. Postage to the UK took a long time ( 10 days in total)”

“To be honest I have only tried 2 flavours and awaiting my others but so far it's good, it got me drinking more water before I became ill and now I just don't even track my liquid intake on the app.”
