The bottle is great. However, glass isn’t the best option as it smashed after 2 days of having it.

Delivery took longer than 3-5 days advertised on their website. The delivery was done with GLS/ParcelForce which unfortunately is one of the worst reviewed delivery companies to work with - Long story short I had to wait for the product to be redelivered as they failed to deliver in the first attempt with no phone-call or delivery card left and when the product was finally delivered the branded box for the product was damaged and ripped. Fortunately product itself was not damaged. Altogether I didn't have the best buying experience with waterdrop.

Thank you for sending this review as I do need to express my concern. I have really enjoyed all the water caplets as I struggle to drink large amounts of plain tap water. However I really feel the packaging is an issue. Why does each individual cap have a blister cap? It’s needless. Please reconsider this as an option could be a bulk buy of say 50/100 of caps in a recyclable material bag or box which can be decanted straight into a glass storage jar which could have Waterdrop logo design on it. This makes more sense for all the family to use.

Decent products, although some of the flavours could perhaps be stronger. I also like the glass bottle I purchased, despite the small imperfection in mine. Why 3 stars then? Because of the time it took from the point of placing the order, to the point at which it was dispatched. I made the "impulse" purchase based on a YouTube advert and by the time it was delivered I had all but lost interest in the idea. I was "compensated" for the delay in dispatch with a code for Free Shipping, but only if I spent another £30 on a product they hadn't even dispatched, in the 30 days following the email. Not that useful in the way of compensation either, given that they offer Free Shipping when you spend £49 anyway.

Have been purchasing from waterdrop for over a year… 5 tumblers later and each lid breaks within months. Lovely design and keeps warm, but due to lid issues I can’t use and everything leaks

I was very pleased with my purchase and water flavours and after working my way through the flavours quickly I ordered another selection. However after placing an order on the 30th of October and I still have not received it 11 days later. So, I’ll be looking elsewhere to flavour my water.

The company is not actually in the UK and all goods are shipped from Austria. which means that there is also a UK Customs and Excise Import Duty that is levied (VAT) on the goods by the carrier before you get them.

The glass bottle and cover is really lovely. I am trying out the water drops in the taster pack and find the different. I like they dont have added sugar.

Waterdrops OK as always but the "Bottle Brush" is enormous, far bigger than the necks of most bottles!!!

Attractive bottle and cover but expensive. Haven't tried all the flavours but again very expensive and very high shipping fees.

I love the product and idea, I find it a bit over priced especially some of the drops that are "special" and the tea also. The bottles are very expensive too, I'd love one but to encourage eco living I feel it needs to be affordable, I use the bottles I have at home as in the picture I added. I seem unable to gain any response from the company over the months I've been using the product and asked questions. Maybe theyre understaffed. I like the product but feel if at least they replied I'd give another star.

Customer service never responded to my email. I like the points system but I feel postage is expensive. When I tried to check out, my free gift (points purchase) disappeared out of my basket so I paid for items (so I could get the free gift), to only miss out after all. When I contacted immediately after my order, no one responded. I’m still awaiting a reply and I’ve had the order for well over a week now!!

Products seem good but I can’t justify waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery (it’s 4 weeks this week and I’m still waiting) By the time I receive my order I need to place my next order for it to arrive by the time I’ve ran out. It’s a lovely idea but I won’t be ordering again (this is my second order) due to lengthy delivery times. Which is a shame.
