“Very happy with my purchase! The drinks are really nice and i didnt even realise the bottle was Viktor & Rolph until i got it. Ive just brought more because the flavours are so nice and they really do keep you drinking more water.”

“Honestly what can I say. I've had a number of deliveries with waterdrop and from start to finish they have been amazing. I even mentioned that my first delivery box was a little too big and a waste of packaging. They adjusted with my next delivery, wow a company that actually listens. I could not recommend them enough, fantastic product, amazing company and even if they are a little behind they actually communicate. Keep up the fantastic work waterdrop you are doing right by your customers both with your product and customer service. I will continue recommending you to my friends and family.”

“I received my water bottle on Friday after it had arrived over a week late, to open the packaging to find the bottle top smashed off during delivery. I sent an email and had a prompt email back to ask me to give them 1 day to respond. I have still not received a response and have had to send a subsequent email and photos expressing my dissatisfaction. This is my first order with water drop and so far they have not met my expectations of customer service. Having read reviews after placing my order I can see that this is a common complaint and wish I had not placed my faith in this company. I do not recommend this company.”

“First purchases ! So pleased to find these! My favourite so far is the cola - I love it! Bought the taster pack also- all the flavours in that are nice and very pleasant to drink. Just made an order of other flavours and excited to taste. Easy ordering and timely delivery.”

“The starter set was delightful. The glass bottle is beautiful and the range of samples gave me a good idea of what flavours there were. It definitely got me drinking much more water and feeling better hydrated. I’ve signed up to the subscription now and am trying out all the different flavours. I would highly recommend.”

“I love Waterdrop; I spent ages hesitating whether to get a bottle and try the micro drinks, but I wish I’d started ages ago! I drink far more water, my skin is much softer, and I feel loads better. The bottle is beautiful and the micro drinks taste really nice and refreshing! Deliveries are speedy and everything comes packaged beautifully”

“I think I'd be lost without my Waterdrops now! I've all but stopped drinking squash and fizzy drinks and don't miss them at all. They're sweet but not overly sweet, no sugar, full of vitamins and minerals. Looking forward to trying some of the cocktail/mocktail recipes! Pleeeease bring a store back to London as I miss the ease of the London Bridge store. Would love to see you stocked in health food shops or similar!”

“I came across Waterdrop on Instagram in January and am so happy I did. The bottles are beautiful and the flavours are exquisite!!! The service is also excellent when you encounter a problem!! Definitely 5 out of 5 Stars from me!”

“I would not be able to drink water without water drop, the fact that it is healthy and natural makes it even more inviting. I now manage to drink 3 litres a day and that is unheard of for me. So thank you waterdrop.”
