“A great way to keep hydrated! I take these cubes on every trip - and recently met a lady who was ill suffering for dehydration so I gave her some cubes and within a day or two she was feeling better (she did see doctor too - but they'd just said to drink more water!) Will always keep on standby for trips to the gym and swimming too! Love the variety of flavours and being solid - you can take them in your handluggage! :-)”
