“Hi… I spent another £60 on water drops for flavours I liked and new ones… the Cola one doesn’t taste like Coke at all… and don’t like the taste at all… I’m also finding with every water drip I use irrelevant of the flavour I’m getting a scummy like film over the top of the water…. 😔😔 wouldn’t mind the cost but these issues make the drinks taste powdery”
“I am normally very happy with my Waterdrop orders but in this instance I was very disappointed. I placed my order on 15 December 2024 but it was not delivered until 2 January 2025.
When I raised a query with customer services, I was told to refuse the order BUT everyone knows that these days if you are not in the courier just doorsteps the items”

“I ordered this after seeing numerous ads on instagram. The idea is great and the products looked good so I ordered the starter kit. Unfortunately the bottle leaked terribly and customer services were very slow to respond when all I was requesting was a new cap so I haven’t been able use the bottle for over 10 days and I’m still waiting for a new cap. The flavours in the starter kit are ok but sadly I will not be reordering based on the poor/slow customer service and poor product quality.”

“I used to love Waterdrop but I’ve just put in a big order and something has changed. The cubes now seem to have a sort of fizzy quality to them; which takes away from the overall flavours. It actually makes the drink taste chalky and very much like dissolvable paracetamol. Really not pleasant. Even my favourite flavours taste nasty all of a sudden. Really disappointed - don’t think I’ll be ordering again.”
“I gave only 2 stars, however the service was very good but I was not impressed with the flavour (I found it too bitter). I had hoped for more of a lime flavour than it has. Will use up quickly so I can use my other lovely flavours.”
