“The bottles are pretty but they've changed the packaging of the normal glass edition bottles. They now come in plain cardboard cylinders. As it is ordered as a gift I'm a bit disappointed. Also its been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my order. The tracking doesn't work and Waterdrop customer service is terrible. I've emailed 3 times and even called and its impossible to get through to anyone. With this in mind and the price I wouldn't order from waterdrop again and will stop recommending it. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“I haven't received my order yet. Was told it was sent on 27th July...tried to phone delivery company but was on the phone for 25 minutes and no reply. Can't wait to get my delivery.”

“I'm sorry but I have not received my package. and I can't seem to track it anywhere. The waterdrop tracker says it is at the Post Office which I have called, and there is no package. and no reference number is working.”

“Whilst I really like the product the tie scale of order to delivery in credibly slow I am not sure I will bother ordering again. I still have not received my delivery order was placed on the 16/07/2021”

“I just recieved an email to review my recent purchase. I'm sure it would of been wonderful, except it hasnt been delivered yet. My order has been at the sorting centre for over 10 days. I've been told its because of Brexit. But my previous order arrived within 2 weeks. This has almost been a month. I'm beginning to suspect it's a scam. Why not just send me stock from the London shop!?”

“took ages to come, weeks intact, and when i tried to ask someone to sort this out it was not sorted, i had to email over 5 times and still did not get anywhere, and here i am again waiting for an order i placed weeks ago and its still not here nightmare really,. its a real shame this happens, and yet other people seem to get there order after a shirt time, you need to get back to people quickly and get things resolved for them, customer service is the main thing here.”

“I can't fault the products, ordered many times before but on this occasion it took what felt like FOREVER for my order to arrive. Ordered on the 8th June, it took whole 10!!!! days for it to leave Austria, further 5 days for it to make its way from Germany to UK and a standard 1 day from UK depot to my home address. Shocking... I am considering not bothering again until they start shipping from the UK.”

“Great idea, good communications, brilliant from sustainability perspective , but very expensive for what you get and to my taste pretty unpleasant, colleague agreed with me , sorry , really wanted to like it but really didn't .”
