“The bottles are pretty but they've changed the packaging of the normal glass edition bottles. They now come in plain cardboard cylinders. As it is ordered as a gift I'm a bit disappointed. Also its been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my order. The tracking doesn't work and Waterdrop customer service is terrible. I've emailed 3 times and even called and its impossible to get through to anyone. With this in mind and the price I wouldn't order from waterdrop again and will stop recommending it. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“took ages to come, weeks intact, and when i tried to ask someone to sort this out it was not sorted, i had to email over 5 times and still did not get anywhere, and here i am again waiting for an order i placed weeks ago and its still not here nightmare really,. its a real shame this happens, and yet other people seem to get there order after a shirt time, you need to get back to people quickly and get things resolved for them, customer service is the main thing here.”
“I can't fault the products, ordered many times before but on this occasion it took what felt like FOREVER for my order to arrive. Ordered on the 8th June, it took whole 10!!!! days for it to leave Austria, further 5 days for it to make its way from Germany to UK and a standard 1 day from UK depot to my home address. Shocking... I am considering not bothering again until they start shipping from the UK.”
