“Very expensive which is a shame or I would’ve bought more. They are very difficult to get out of their little plastic tub as they are difficult to open. I am disabled so trying to open fiddly things like that is a nightmare”
“Product (ordered 48 items) had less than a month shelf life. No response from repeated emails, messages or online communication forms. Most products are good, but unfortunately the customer service has been atrocious. BIG SHAME and a let down to an other wise great product”
“I was very pleased with the jug, filters fast and worked great but I had it less than 2 weeks before it broke 😭 extremely disappointing as it cost a small fortune and i cant afford to replace! I'm not even sure how it broke, kept it in my fridge and next time I went to use it and it was broken 😑”

“Service was fine but frankly the product was quite disappointing for me. It reminds me of a cross between Dirulite (if that is how you spell it) and the drink you have to endure as a colonoscopy prep! For me water with a slice of lemon, lime or orange works just as well and is a lot cheaper.”
“I did not recieve the order. Although ordered through uk my order came from europe. That is not UK company as that would have had a quicker leadtime surely....and then my parcel was delivered to a wrong address in europe. Which I picked up on not them!
Although customer service has been in touch rather than resend the order i have been given a refund and told to order again....not great especially with the long turnaround. Disappointed.

“I bought the glass bottle starter pack to try Water Drop out after seeing an advertisement. I love the bottle, very well-made, sturdy and cute. However, I personally do not like the taste of the Microdrinks. The flavours are not awful, but it makes the water taste a bit fizzy and I am not a fan of fizzy water.
I also did not notice a massive difference considering how many vitamins they contain, such as no increased energy or focus.
If you can get past both of these things and can afford paying a higher price than similar items, then I would recommend.”
“I was very disappointed with the advent calendar, the quality was substandard and not what I have been used to from previous purchases from Waterdrop. The calendar was not delivered in a prefect state and was battered around the edges. Overall disappointment.”
