“I love the product and idea, I find it a bit over priced especially some of the drops that are "special" and the tea also. The bottles are very expensive too, I'd love one but to encourage eco living I feel it needs to be affordable, I use the bottles I have at home as in the picture I added.
I seem unable to gain any response from the company over the months I've been using the product and asked questions. Maybe theyre understaffed.
I like the product but feel if at least they replied I'd give another star.”
“Customer service never responded to my email. I like the points system but I feel postage is expensive. When I tried to check out, my free gift (points purchase) disappeared out of my basket so I paid for items (so I could get the free gift), to only miss out after all. When I contacted immediately after my order, no one responded. I’m still awaiting a reply and I’ve had the order for well over a week now!!”
“Products seem good but I can’t justify waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery (it’s 4 weeks this week and I’m still waiting) By the time I receive my order I need to place my next order for it to arrive by the time I’ve ran out. It’s a lovely idea but I won’t be ordering again (this is my second order) due to lengthy delivery times. Which is a shame.”
“Unfortunately there appears not to be anybody called Waterdrop UK - Waterdrop product is great but do not believe it's in any way a UK company. I had to order my last delivery twice as for some reason it went from Austria to Germany where they claimed they tried to deliver it and then it went back to Austria, I live in England. They couldn't just resend the parcel they failed to deliver they cancelled the order, eventually refunded me the payment and then I had to reorder. Not great customer service.”

“Its a tough review to write as the products are fantastic.... Beautiful ... Delicious and the company as a whole has amazing values with regards to waste and plastic etc but there are many other issues that unfortunately let them down massively. Shipping can take over a month.... Customer service can be amazing or horrendous and every new launch seems to have many problems. Have to chase for weeks to get any kind of reply from customer service too ...
No matter how bad an experience I have though I always come back for more, the products really are incredible.”
