“i have had Waterdrop before and found the whole experience to be good.. However 2nd time round the delivery totally failed (delivered to the wrong address) and trying to resolve this with both Yodel and Waterdrop has been painful.. The telephone number for WD doesnt work so cannot call anyone, was emailed a form to fill in to help them investigate - did that straight away and no comms since then (5 days later) have chased and no reply.... It shouldn't be this difficult so be warned if something goes wrong there are issues.......”

“I recently bought 6 of these 400ml tumblers in different colours. Whilst I did like them at first, after 8 weeks of limited use, the lids on four of the tumblers don't close anymore. I only found out when I used one and discovered that the contents of the bottle spilt all over my bag. To make matters worse, you can't even purchase an extra lid from Waterdrop as a replacement. So I'm really disappointed that I'm now stuck with four tumblers with lids that don't close anymore and this happened so quickly after purchase.”

“Melon microlytes is so disgusting no-one in household want to drink it. Waste of money. Ordered 4 CLEAN waterdrops received FOCUS instead as substitute. It seems like they never get the order right. Waterdrops are fine just for a short period of time as they don't taste amazing. After a while ive realised plain water is more delicious. Unfortunately I got bored of this product after 2 months and won't reorder.”

“The latest items I ordered were very weak and tasteless not sure if I got a faulty Bach as I had to put at least 4 drops into the flask which I purchased from your selves it was the blueberry and blackcurrant ext ones”

“I was so excited to see a sports cap (FINALLY!) from Waterdrop, as I was tired of screwing and unscrewing the lid off during ballet class. I wished there had been a white version, as the black and grey don't go with some of my lighter pastel bottles, but anyway I bought 3 in black and grey. It's only sort of okay - the water gets air bubbles when you are drinking from them, even if you tip the bottle up a long way and even if the bottle has plenty of water in it. It could be a lot better. So one star. Only I should mention that it did actually fit some (not all) of my older bottles.”

“I ordered your marble teacups. So, the picture you posted does not add up to the real cup - there is NO marble print on it. The color is not nearly as clear as it is on the pictures - it is pale and basic. On top of everything, I cannot return it beacuse I opened the box. Highly unprofessional!!! I was hoping I would order and recommend your every product but I am utterly disappointed and angry because I ordered more then 1 cup and now I have to keep them hidden because they don't match the picture you posted and they look washed up and dirty. NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“This is the second time I have ordered something and didn’t get what I ordered. The website pulls lovely but it doesn’t work well. Your products are great but they take ages to arrive and I am unable to call you as you are based abroad. This is really poor. I recently bought two tea flasks. I chose two different colours and when the order came it was two of the same that arrived. When I saw the invoice there was no way of calling you urgently. This is just really poor. Please can you help me. This was for my daughters 17th birthday.”
