The latest items I ordered were very weak and tasteless not sure if I got a faulty Bach as I had to put at least 4 drops into the flask which I purchased from your selves it was the blueberry and blackcurrant ext ones

Faulty bottle, replacement lid did not fit. Poor customer service. Want me to pay to return faulty order (only willing to partially refund).

I was so excited to see a sports cap (FINALLY!) from Waterdrop, as I was tired of screwing and unscrewing the lid off during ballet class. I wished there had been a white version, as the black and grey don't go with some of my lighter pastel bottles, but anyway I bought 3 in black and grey. It's only sort of okay - the water gets air bubbles when you are drinking from them, even if you tip the bottle up a long way and even if the bottle has plenty of water in it. It could be a lot better. So one star. Only I should mention that it did actually fit some (not all) of my older bottles.

I ordered your marble teacups. So, the picture you posted does not add up to the real cup - there is NO marble print on it. The color is not nearly as clear as it is on the pictures - it is pale and basic. On top of everything, I cannot return it beacuse I opened the box. Highly unprofessional!!! I was hoping I would order and recommend your every product but I am utterly disappointed and angry because I ordered more then 1 cup and now I have to keep them hidden because they don't match the picture you posted and they look washed up and dirty. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the second time I have ordered something and didn’t get what I ordered. The website pulls lovely but it doesn’t work well. Your products are great but they take ages to arrive and I am unable to call you as you are based abroad. This is really poor. I recently bought two tea flasks. I chose two different colours and when the order came it was two of the same that arrived. When I saw the invoice there was no way of calling you urgently. This is just really poor. Please can you help me. This was for my daughters 17th birthday.

Too much plastic. Why are they individually wrapped in plastic. I’d be so on board if they were just loose in the cardboard tray similar to the smoll dish washer tablets. Or in a tin like parla toothpaste mints. The flavours are lovely but I don’t want any plastic.

Was very dissapointed as it states that if u spend over £40 you get a free gift, I did not receive one and they refuse to give it as I did not click on the add button, despite it not stating this in the terms & conditions.

It is not a product per se thing, but I placed the order - it arrived when I was out and was placed at the post office - by husband took ID and the slip to collect it (As I was really busy with work and out of the area ), to be told only I can collect. Work for me takes away from home a lot and an easier option to collect is recommended please ! :) yours with hope. Sp far I have still not been able to collect it - but remain hopeful I can soon !

I absolutely can't believe that each water drop is individually packaged in plastic! What a terrible waste and so unnecessary. They make such a big deal about plastic reduction and then do that. Also their sugar free statement just basically means it's full of artificial sweetener instead - why can't it just be sugar free without an artificial substitute? Shipping from Europe also adds to a significant carbon footprint. We should just drink water in a glass from a tap, I've learnt my lesson.

disappointed with my latest order. As all the way through my shopping cart, it kept telling me to add this much £**, and then add £**, to get a free gift. but didn't specify to add it to my basket at the end. So never received the free gift when I eventually reached the target. Very miss leading and will not be using Waterdrop again. Very annoying having spent so much with Waterdrop over Christmas and New Year.

Well, I was so excited when I saw this because I was struggling to drink enough water so I decided to get it. I tried three different flavours and unfortunately, I found that I had an allergic reaction to it. I was covered in red dots on my neck, face, legs, arms, hands and fingers. So, remember folks be careful when buying things on the internet. Sometimes things don't seem as grand as they seem.
