I recently ordered the waterdrop advent calendar. I ordered it in hope that I could sample a variety of flavours and then order more of some of my favourites. However, when I opened the box, the sides to the advent calendar were open soI tried to close the ends back up. While I was doing this, I heard some of the capsules slide about, so I opened it up to put them back in place only to find I am missing almost half! This has been my first waterdrop order and I am now beginning to regret it. The only way I can find to contact waterdrop about this order is over the phone, which is far too time consuming. The only way I can contact them in writing is unfortunately by review.

I only received part of my order. When I contacted customer service I got no reply. Instead an automated message that the missing part of my order waz on its way. This was last week and I still have not received it. Not impressed at all

Such a sham of a company! Do not purchase!! I bought a bottle and waited over 2 months for it only for this to arrive smashed around the lid so was unable yo use! I messaged and they advised me they will give me points to get a new bottle but left out the part that in order to use points you have to spend over £75 pound at checkout to then get the item Which is a joke as the bottle was broke. I then was sent a new one after calling them and I ordered more drinks as well even after all the mess I gave them another chance. I ordered back in June 8th and the order is still not here so I messaged and was told sorry we can see your order it's on the way be patient, to then getting an email the next day saying it was cancelled and not arriving! I messaged again and was.told sorry about this we will give you a freebie using this code but you have to spend £45 pound to use it!!! Absolute sham!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This is an awful company to deal with, especially if you are in the UK. I cancelled an order less than 24 hours after placing it after they didn’t allow UK customers to purchase goods with points as promised initially, (they later corrected this after we had all placed our orders) and they refused to cancel my order, even though it hadn’t even been dispatched. So they sent it from Austria to the UK along with two other parcels so I had no idea which was which and had to wait to receive them to find out. (They were also missing stickers they sent other customers which they did nothing about). I then sent the parcel I tried to cancel back to them, they refused to contribute to the return postage costs, and the parcel arrived back with them five days ago. I have been messaging them for the last 10 days and chasing my refund for 5, including on their website and have been ignored despite telling them I’m a single parent and need my money back quickly. This company is really awful at dealing with this side of things and instead wins glowing reviews through giving away freebies with a points system but their over inflated prices probably pay for the freebies anyway. So disappointed in them and their complete lack of care or understanding in refunding money especially to a single mum. They are absolutely fine until something goes wrong sadly, and that’s when you need companies to provide the best customer service. I feel like they’ve grown bigger than their customer service department can actually handle. I hope they respond to this as they’ve ignored every other message I’ve sent recently.

I can’t review it, because I am yet to receive it! I really enjoyed my first order, which is why I re-ordered. I have no idea why my package hasn’t been received yet. #unhappy

I still have not received the package and it will be a month soon, so far I was satisfied but I noticed that the orders do not come complete and I am not getting a refund. I'm very disappointed!!! :(
