“As yet I still haven’t received my purchase… 3wks now I’ve tried emailing, however, email was returned undeliverable a few days later!! Have tried calling but getting “our lines are busy please try later or email”. Have found another email address, but as yet have had no reply!! I have been ordering from you now for over 2yrs, and I have to say I am disgusted at the lack of communication.

“I ordered a mixed package. There was a lot of packaging at a time when we are meant to be more environmentally aware.
There were no instructions so I noticed it said 500ml of the choices I tried the rosehip...it just made the water taste of nothing and not very pleasant. So in essence I have paid £13 for 18 drinks. I can buy sugar free drinks for half the price and take vitamins. What a rip off. I am so disappointed as I like to keep hydrated and was looking forward to adding some healthy flavour 🙁”

“Took just over 21 days to receive my order. I understand that brexit has caused disruption in shipping but people who have ordered after me, got theirs quicker. When it arrived most of my tablets were crushed which obviously isn’t great.
It’s very questionable whether I’d order again in the future.”
