“Still no order nearly 4 weeks now I won't be ordering again. I think a refund is more in order”

“Amazing, I’ve just received email asking me to review my recent purchase. Ha blooming ha. This is now the second order that has take too long to arrive. Ordered 30 days ago and still no update. My daughter ordered a week after me and received hers last week. What’s going on?????”

“Ordered product on 21st July, that didn't arrive so Waterdrop said that they had dispatched a replacement. That didn't arrive either. Won't be using you again - poor service, poor customer service”

“You email me to review the products that are stuck in Germany; very poor! Apparently my order has arrived 13 times and despatched 8 times to and from the same place! Not happy, going away today and thought I would be taking Waterdrop with me”
