“My delivery came but nobody delivered it, saying that no body was in. I don't stay in expecting a parcel I work for a living. In future I will close my account”

“My drinks arrived but no bottle, this is no fault of waterdrop as you can clearly see the courier company have done a bad job on re-sealing the box”

“It’s an expensive bottle that doesn’t last for long. The wooden lid meant it kept growing mould. It needs to use a different material for the bottle lid.”
