“Unfortunately never received my order. I contacted them multiple times, never got an answer even got a rude reply back from one agent. Finally after a month Chloé gave me a refund.”

“My parcel was open on delivery, 5 out of 6 boxes inside were damaged. Waterdrops had exploded inside the parcel creating a sticky mess and an abundance of unuseable Waterdrops. It took several emails back and forth to get them to agree to replace the order. Customer service team was unusually unhelpful. Highly disappointed!”

“I generally love Waterdrop but I never received my last order (which was placed at the start of July) and I’ve struggled to get help from the customer service team. I reached out to both Yodel and Waterdrop—this problem still hasn’t been sorted.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. What a waste of money. I hadn't received my order for ages only then to be told there was "a delay in the warehouse" I had ordered from this company before and they gave me this exact same excuse back then aswell. I wasn't happy so asked them for a partial refund. They refused claiming they were "not in a position to do so" but gave me water drop points instead towards my next purchase once I have collected enough points?!? I think they are having a laugh if they think I would be going back there again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. THEY ARE A SCAM.”

“Have ordered before from Waterdrop and love their drinks. Thought I’d treat myself to the rainbow bottle this time, sadly it arrived scratched so I have contacted waterdrop about a refund. Their customer service has been super slow, and after 13 days not hearing and chasing they finally told me I have to use the online returns form (when the website says to get in touch for damaged/faulty items) and cover the shipping myself. I’m so disappointed. Their brand suggests high quality, but they seemingly don’t value their customers and our experience.”
