“I was very disappointed with the advent calendar, the quality was substandard and not what I have been used to from previous purchases from Waterdrop. The calendar was not delivered in a prefect state and was battered around the edges. Overall disappointment.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase and water flavours and after working my way through the flavours quickly I ordered another selection. However after placing an order on the 30th of October and I still have not received it 11 days later. So, I’ll be looking elsewhere to flavour my water.”

“The company is not actually in the UK and all goods are shipped from Austria. which means that there is also a UK Customs and Excise Import Duty that is levied (VAT) on the goods by the carrier before you get them.”

“After a few purchases from Waterdrop I can say Clean is my favourite! To be honest I’ve not had a bad tasting drink yet and I’ve sampled quite a few now. I also got a micro tea with my order. Delicious, it tastes spicy so is very warming. It’s perhaps not to everyone’s taste but I love it.”

“Love the fruit fusion tea nice, refreshing and warming now the days are getting colder. The Flair has a nice raspberry tang to it which is one of my favourite flavours so will be a firm favourite from now”
