“Received my order of sky and flair but was missing a packet of flair. Emailed customer service, cannot fault at all!! Received my missing packet of flair with an extra of SKY & ZEN. Tasty drinks and excellent customer service!!”

“It would be totally 5 ⭐️ based on the products, they’re all really tasty and great quality the only reason for losing a star is the price. It would cost me £28 a week to maintain my water intake with drops to match and therefore they’ll have to a be an occasional treat rather than an every bottle refresher. Can’t stress enough how great the flavours are ❤️ the bottle is amazing quality, and the sports cap makes drinking quickly and easily from the bottle perfect 🤩 my favourite flavours so far are Boost, Sky, Niro and Glow. I’ll definitely be ordering more but like I say they’ll have to last me!”

“I did not recieve the order. Although ordered through uk my order came from europe. That is not UK company as that would have had a quicker leadtime surely....and then my parcel was delivered to a wrong address in europe. Which I picked up on not them! Although customer service has been in touch rather than resend the order i have been given a refund and told to order again....not great especially with the long turnaround. Disappointed. Been offered a voucher but not sure i want to use the service again.”

“Fantastic company. I had a smashed glass bottle and the customer service was second to none. Cannot fault them. The rewards scheme is also fantastic. One of the only companies out there that actually seems to reward loyal customers. Thanks waterdrop!”
