“Received my order and sadly my bottle was smashed upon arrival, managed to get a replacement one order which took a week to Come to find out that the completely wrong bottle had been sent, not happy as now waiting for response to this error”

“I am really grateful that I discovered Waterdrop. I started out by ordering the advent calender and have since been sampling a lot of different flavours and adding various cups and bottles to my collection. My favourites so far are the iced tea flavours, particularly the peach one. I have already noticed that I am drinking a lot more water than normal. I also love the ability to redeem points against other products. I had enough points to get the large storage box and am really enjoying having something stylish to keep all of my drops in. I am now encouraging friends and family to try Waterdrop too!”
