Would really like a UK local store though as I think our one in London is now closed and I would have liked to send the recycle scheme through them”

“I had an issue with the lid of my 600ml steel tumbler, it leaked! I contacted waterdrop & sent them a photo of the lid as it was slightly misshaped. They gave me two options. Points, that would be more than I would need to redeem for a replacement on my next order. Or a new lid posted out. I choose the lid to be posted so I could use my tumbler as I had just placed a large order & was likely to place another one soon.”
