“Love the products and the customer service is amazing If you ever need them. The only drawback is the length of time it takes to receive said product. In a time where people are used to next day or even same day delivery, it's really painful to have to wait 2 weeks to receive the order. Having said that.. still love it!”

“Discovered waterdrop about a year ago. Having had an overuse of fizzy drinks to knock on the head, I thought I would try waterdrop as an alternative. Love them and Shiro is my go-to caffeine boost”

“Thought I had missed out on the magnolia bottle as it was out of stock, however, it became available again next day. Quickly ordered along with the yellow flair bottle. Nice little freebie key ring as well which was nice. Items are lovely and will be a gift. They are that nice I have ordered a further flair bottle in a different colour. Very happy!”

“Love the carafe and glasses. Fill it up every day and add two waterdrops and I find I drink the whole thing. I'm a big fan of the mint and fruit microteas and have one in 600ml daily I used the keyring to carry a water drop for work but found that by the time I went to use it, the magnetic latch had opened and I lost the drop. Will just need to be more careful next time”

“The flair bottle I got is absolutely gorgeous, and I tried the flair micro drops for the first time and omg they are delicious I have found my new favourite flavour. I love shiro as it’s quite sweet and I love love love the white blossom micro tea it’s absolutely delicious would 10000% recommend”
