“I recently ordered the waterdrop advent calendar. I ordered it in hope that I could sample a variety of flavours and then order more of some of my favourites. However, when I opened the box, the sides to the advent calendar were open soI tried to close the ends back up. While I was doing this, I heard some of the capsules slide about, so I opened it up to put them back in place only to find I am missing almost half! This has been my first waterdrop order and I am now beginning to regret it. The only way I can find to contact waterdrop about this order is over the phone, which is far too time consuming. The only way I can contact them in writing is unfortunately by review.”

“The products from waterdrop are excellent. The flavours are lovely, and not just fruit flavours like squash, but have subtlety to their complexity. The packaging is beautiful and the advent calendar I have purchased is Christmassy without being the normal splash of red and green. My only criticism would be the delivery time - I know they come from Europe, which is going to add a bit of time, but they seem to take an absolute age! The company are young and are trying to learn from their mistakes as they go, but this is one thing they need to get on top of faster as it feels like a real let down!”
