I love every product i have purchased at wayfair. However, i do not like their policy on 0% interest on their cc. I had 1 purchase that was o % for 6 months, a 2nd that was regular interest. I paid about 30 above and it did not go towards part with interest. Only a portion.i think this is a little shady. So i pd it off in full and will not use their cc in the future.

It was a great experience from start to end. Very friendly app, with plenty of images for each product. Reviews for each product could easily tell you which ones to avoid. Most of the delivery times were within 2 days and all products were delivered when promised. I’ll definitely use them again. So far, I have bought a dining table, entertainment center, dining plates, and a few smaller things.

We received two sum loungers that were defective. Completed the returns information on line! Sorted in 5 minutes. All other products I have bought from Wayfair have been perfect.

I was really happy with Wayfair until the last week . I ordered a desk and a love seat . Said the items would not be shipped until June 1 . Went out and bought the items of course couldn’t cancel . I didn’t get that confirmation until 4 days later . I called the 19 th May. The agent was helpful in telling me how to return the desk that was due to arrive today . But she made a mistake on the love seat . Sent the label for fed ex . UPS is delivering it . So I called back today after . I saw the mistake . On hold yesterday for 1 hour and half . Called today was in hold for 1 hour . The agent name Gianna picked up the phone. I gave her my info and began to tell her the problem . She interrupted me and said let me put you on hold for a few seconds . I waited for 30 minutes she never came back to the phone . This is the worst that I ever been treated . After I get this love seat taken care of . I wouldn’t be making any more orders from Wayfair . I am really frustrated

I ordered an area rug for my dining room from Wayfair and that rug is beautiful and absolutely NO PROBLEMS and is staying in beautiful shape and I LOVE IT!!!!

We received our patio furniture in great shape. Had the most wonderful delivery person. Jose Gercado explained everything including what to do if something is wrong or if we weren’t satisfied. He was so helpful.

I ordered the Euhomy Countertop 40lb Daily Production Ice Maker on 12/13/19. After ordering it was going to be possibly 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. But I received an email with good news, it would be arriving sooner. I received the product 12/20/19 and I love it! Works just as stated and our family will really use it during the upcoming spring and summer months while camping and fishing. Thanks Wayfair!

Wayfair's customer service is amazing! I don't know if it's a recent change but as of 12/16/19, they have issued me credits even when I didn't ask for one. Working with them both over the phone and through email has been a breeze. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Aria tv unit, first one damaged whilst assembling so Wayfair sent me a new one as the part I needed would of taken longer then ordering a whole new unit, which was brilliant. Second one arrived damaged so arranged a return which took 2 minutes and money put back into account with in 2/3 days. Damaged goods happen often due to couriers which is annoying but the way Wayfair handled the situation is amazing service!

My purchases have been on time,in damaged, and just what I ordered. This chair was easy for me to assemble by myself and without tools. It’s nice by my fireplace. Love it!

I’ve had good experiences with Wayfair. 2 recliners, a sofa bed, tile, 4 accent chairs, and I guess that’s about all. Oh and a fireplace mantle. No problems with delivery time, damage in shipping, defective merchandise or anything else. I had no idea so many people upset with the company. I guess it’s a numbers game. Can’t be perfect 100% of the time.

With cross country moves address mistakes happen. We thought we had changed over all our bank/credit cards/websites/ etc to our new address. Unfortunately one was missed. So all our hoped for items ended up at our old address. Wayfair customer service helped us set it right. They were patient and thorough. Yes it was a long wait as they verified it was correct before ending the call. The operator was friendly and chatty. They made the whole process as painless at possible.
