“Really excellent customer service during a number of recent telephone and email conversations regarding an error in delivery of a king size headboard (single headboard delivered in error), then regarding delivery arrangements of the correct item, during a period when my husband was ill in hospital. I was extremely impressed by all of the Customer Sales and Service Consultants I corresponded with, their understanding of my situation and their genuine keenness to assist me. Brilliant, thank you.”

“I’m. Am 72 years old and was very hesitant in ordering something I had to put together. Well I am here to say how pleasantly surprise I was at the ease of getting things put together. I also liked to thank your drivers for bringing those big boxes down the stairs to my apt door.”

“I love the furnitures from Wayfair. I bought a bed with a mattress, a sofa and dining table set almost 2 years ago and they still look as good as new. I just bought a new bedside table as well and I'm very pleased with my choice. I'm really impressed with the quality and it looks amazing too!!! Highly recommend👍”

“A few years ago I ordered a glass corner shower for my new bathroom, I was concerned about something this fragile, but it delivered in perfect condition! Recently I ordered a couch and table set, there was some confusion with the order as I had started on line then spoke with a customer service Rep, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The following week I looked at an email that said I still had items in my cart. I was confused so I called back and asked if the order was actually placed? Because I did not want the table set after all; turned out it had actually shipped and was to be delivered that day! The agent I spoke to was so helpful, he called FedEx and had the delivery stopped (and they waved the shipping fee). I am now anxiously awaiting my new couch! I would definitely recommend this site, they have excellent deals.”

“Wow! Finally a company that has a heart in their customer service! I ordered a desk, 4 dining chairs, and a table. All of these were my first ever purchase from WayFair. The chairs came and are very sturdy and are better quality than I expected! The desk came and the box was received damaged and so were some of the items inside. I should have my table next week so I will see it’s state upon receipt. I asked to return the desk for one not damaged. I was immediately ordered a new desk to be delivered and given Ann easy email to upload the pics I had taken of the damaged box. Even without knowing I had pictures of the damage, a new desk was ordered and Elaine was so kind! I will DEFINITELY order from WayFair in the future based on this experience alone!!!”

“I have purchased many items from Wayfair. Most recently I purchased a Hall Tree. The item is beautiful and the price is right. The price is right, of course, because I have to put it together. Still, it's nice to know I can save money and get a good product if I have the time to assemble myself.”
