“Having had an issue with a previous purchase I had to involve the customer service team. All I can say is that if all company's used the same principles as Wayfair they would guarantee repeat business. I recommend anyone to use Wayfair with the knowledge that if something goes wrong they have an excellent team to resolve the issue. Five star service. Thank you.”

“I purchased Kipling electric fireplace. Could not be happier! Item came next day,in perfect condition. It was packaged so well, it could have fallen from the roof and not been damaged. SO easy to put together. Every piece perfect fit! It is a BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture! From a distance the flames are so realistic. The mesh screen even opens and closes! I am so happy with my purchase! I'll be back Wayfair. Happy in Slinger,Wi”

“We ordered a wooden bed which was damaged slightly we phoned and spoke to a lovely Irish man who said the bed would be replaced which it was a couple of days later. He also phoned to make sure we were happy with the new bed and sent us a voucher for 10% discount and apologised again. The service was excellent and we will be using Wayfair in the future.”

“I bought a platform storage bed from Wayfair and it arrived in great condition! Was fairly easy to set up, and I even have the option to purchase an extra drawers when the time is right! Everything I ordered shipped quickly, and the customer service was great!”

“They are extremely responsive to concerns, returns, refunds. I have been concerned in the past about online shopping but customer service from Wayfair has been exceptional. Reviews online seem accurate and I am very happy with most (and there have been a lot) of my purchases. Range of prices generally indicates the quality of the item. Lots of great deals too!”
