“All products are excellent quality, the really amazing thing was that I ordered the incorrect dining room chairs as they never matched table, they were collected next day, refund was in my bank account 3 days later cleared funds no quibble refund”

“Excellent customer service, I ordered a beautiful rug and two other items. However I have had problems receiving one off my items due to one off the courier being yodel. Bamber bridge depot to be specific. Otherwise pleasant experience look forward to using them again as long as the item isn’t coming for the bamber bridge depot!!!”

“I had an issue with a bathroom cabinet I have just received and after contacting wayfair by email I had an imidiate reply and my issue was resolved quickly. I cannot say how impressed I was with the service especially by Daniel Doran.”

“The item I purchased was damaged. It was a console table, the corners were shot. Wayfair immediately sent me a new one, which the corners were also damaged. Again they sent me another one. The corners were slightly damaged but usable. Anyways, the damage was not from shipping, the item was already damaged before being packaged sent out. They did not have to send me 3 table. They were very nice and did not make me repackage and return anything. I donated two of them. Definitely will do business with them again.”
