“Clare Joyce at the customer service department went above and beyond what I expected regarding a delivery, she managed to expedite the order and delivery, communicated all the way through and had the problem solved within the day and delivered within the week. Superb attitude and amazing support.”

“I had a problem with a room heater contacted Wayfair and within minutes they had contacted me back letting me know that my refund would be back in my account within a few days. thank you Wayfair . this is been a totally wonderful experience buying online. I will definitely buy from them again”

“We have ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Wayfair. We always receive the furniture promptly - the estimate longer than necessary, which has meant arranging for someone to be in, (as we make plans for the original date) The furniture is always to a high standard - when we had an incorrect piece Wayfair supplied the correct piece quickly. Only negative is, they again estimated a date and the piece arrived about a week before! They do keep us updated with text messages and emails.”

“I was looking for a small kitchen table and chairs and was having difficulty finding one the size I needed and at a reasonable price. I stumbled upon Wayfair and found one straight away and at a very competitive price also. The delivery was very fast and the item was of excellent quality. “I have ordered from them three times for big purchase items and I love them. Friendly people to talk to. They get back to you immediately. They have free shipping and it gets delivered to your door. If it needs to go back, there is no long wait times for shipping labels. I will be ordering from them in the future. It is so easy.”
