I ordered the bunk bed but i changed my mind i want something else. I try to cancel the order 5 minutes after but they told me i cant cancel the order cause been shipped. 5 minutes later omg. never buy a thing from them again.

SO I THOUGHT WAYFAIR WOULD REPLACE MY LOVE FOR AMAZON. SO WRONG WRONG. I HAVE PLACED 7 ORDERS AND NEVER AGAIN. MY SET OF SETS WAS INCORRECT, WRONG COLOR FROM WHAT I VIEWED ONLINE. WAYFAIR MAKE THE BUYER PAY FOR SHIPPING RETURNS !!! I AM DONE WITH THEM FOR GOOD AND RETURNING THEIR CREDIT CARD

ordered 2 mattresses..delivery date promised , then date delayed..no stock apparently. I asked for a refund which was processed..mattresses turned up yesterday but we refused order and bought from Argos..4 pounds delivery, next day delivery , no issues..wayfair useless.

Placed an order on November 29th had a delivery date of December 5th. Tracking said items would arrive by that date until the date when all of the sudden the date of delivery vanished. Called customer service the lady was very nice explained that fed ex was 5 days behind....ok no big deal Dec 11th I get the first item, go to build it this item requires two boxes. Next day the second item arrives Dec 12. its now Dec 21 and the second box required to built my hall tree still has not arrived. I called Customer service last week and was told it would be here by the 19th!!! Will never order from them again, what am I suppose to do with half a hall tree?????? And they charged my credit card. DO not use this site they will rip you off and blame the delivery company.

It’s obvious that Wayfair is one of the shadiest companies out there today. The internet is full of real detailed reviews about how the company promises you a certain delivery date, and then continues to delay your package over and over again until you get it weeks or months later and sometimes never. This hit home for me this month when I ordered a small piece of furniture from them on Dec. 10th. This was a Christmas gift for my wife. It was promised to be delivered by Dec 17th and I still haven’t received it. When I called Wayfair they blame UPS. When I call UPS they explain how they never received the package from Wayfair. And Wayfairs customer service team has been largely unhelpful. When you ask them where the package is , they hang up on you or say they have no way of tracking it. Don’t get burned like me. Don’t shop at Wayfair. Any of their competitors would be a better option.

Terrible experience with my order. We order finding set a month ago, got damaged one, replacement isn’t arriving till after Christmas. Customer service is terrible to work with.

I purchased a chair and ottoman from Wayfair about two weeks before Thanksgiving. The chair was moderately priced. The chair and ottoman arrived, but there was a slight problem. The chair did not ship with legs. It is now a few days shy of Christmas and still no legs. No word or update from Wayfair. Nothing. I now own a useless chair which cost close to 400.00 dollars. Do not do business with this exploitive company. You will regret it.

Ordered a bed for my daughters Christmas present on Nov. 27 with an estimated delivery date of December 13. It is now December 20 and they continue to change the delivery date. When I called customer service they explained that there is never a confirmed delivery date. I told them I now have a 10 year old daughter who is not receiving her christmas present when I ordered way in advance to receive it. I was then told by Customer Service agent I was never going to receive the bed before Christmas anyway!!! Not what I was told at time of order. This was my first and last time ordering from Wayfair. Customer Service is non existent with this company and the only guarantee you get is that you will not receive your item when you expect it.

I am a 100% Disabled Army 20-year, active duty, Veteran. 1. Today, December 19, 2018, is the third week since a Wayfair Customer Rep called me to state I am getting reimbursed for two carpets and two carpet non-slip “things.” I need this money for Christmas! They are smoking something if Wayfair thinks it my responsibility to hall this stuff to mail it due to their mistakes. 2. Wayfair had a special: anything over $250 receive $10 to spend. I spent near or over $2000 and I’m still waiting for those $10 Wayfair spending bucks- or, Wayfair can come get all their stuff back! I’ll use that money for Christmas too! Any Customers willing to help this Veteran boycott Wayfair?

I waited two whole months for an item to be shipped that was suppose to take a week JUST for them to tell us it was out of stock but yet was in stock when we purchased it? Had to cancel. Very frustrating.

Advertise as one brand. Deliver an item with a different name. Then they insist it is the same item. Customer service useless. Waste of time. Waste of money. They got a return policy where you pay for the return postage even if they mis-sold the item. You can't trust this seller. You know what you are going to get only once it is delivered. You can't compare the price since they advertise with a different brand name. Better use a seller you can trust. Misleading item description.

Placed an order for a chest table on the 4th Nov2018 as website stated 3 in stock! On ordering delivery was given for the 8th Nov. On the 6th Nov I received an email saying there was a delay and it would not be delivered until the 17th of December! I emailed back immediately to complain and received no reply . Few days later I contacted the company via telephone to complain as I wanted the table for a Christmas present for my daughter. The lady assured me that it would be here in time for Christmas! Still no further contact so I telephoned the company on the 30thNov and spoke to Drazen. After getting irate , he agreed to telephone the warehouse! Was told that the table was in transit from India and would be here on the 28th December. I told him that I was not at all happy with this service. He said I would be compensated when the table arrive! He telephoned me on the 14th December to say that it would now not arrive until the 8th of January! Two months after it should have arrived! Told me that it had not yet left India! More lies!! He said I could cancel but wouldn’t recieve my money back for 3 to 5 working days! Thus leaving me no time or money to buy my daughter another present! I am so angry and hurt! Today I have received another email saying that they can not confirm a delivery date! What a useless company! My first and certainly my last order! Please do not order from here if you want to get your order by a reasonable time. Would rate this no stars

I ordered a cot that was supposed to be here last week given my delivery day never arrived each day having had many phone calls to your company costing me money ,that It will be here finally by Thursady 13 th Dec here we are 17th Dec ,now talked again ,it's lost in transport and need to reorder & can't be here before 3rd Jan ,my family who needed cot for a family birthday so I had to borrow travel cot from a friend ,so now they are down for Xmas still can't have this cot , to which your front of house people say there is nothing They can do , so I am cancelling ,and mother care say I can have a cot tomorrow,so why can't your company as a good gesture do this for me ,which I have asked but no ,your advert on television so not what you say I rate this 0 stars also they give you extension nos to phone on and they will get back to you leave voicemails but they never do I am the one phoning each day ,

I would give zero if possible. We ordered (Wayfair order #2595934298) a dining room set for delivery in Northern Ireland. At no point were we told this would be a problem. The order - and our payment - were accepted. We were told delivery would take several weeks, so we waited patiently. When we were told that delivery would be a couple weeks longer than expected, we waited patiently. When the date for delivery finally arrived, we were told that delivery would not be possible -- leaving us vwithout a dining table and chairs for the holiday season. No compensation was paid. This is not a way to do business. Very poor performance. Get your act together Wayfair!

My mother ordered a clock for me for Xmas . She lives in Somerset , I in London . Had it delivered to me . It arrived and for £51.99 it was no where near worth the money and was very very poor quality . We had free delivery as it was over £50 . When calling the next day to get a return sorted we were told it would cost £10 for a home collection .......wow .... or £5 if I take yes take it to a shop . Are you kidding me So I have ended up out of pocket for a rubbish clock that I didn't keep . So the whole totally appalling experience has cost me £5 ...... never ever again . Goodbye Wayfair .

The Christmas trees I ordered (or thought I was ordering) were not the trees pictured on their website. They offered to send a replacement for free. I accepted. No further word from Wayfair, and 6 days following the day I was supposed to receive the replacement, I contacted them. The returns department decided that, since the replacement tree was exactly the same as the tree they had sent the first time, they'd just not send me one. According to the customer service agent, I was supposed to have received an email informing me that they wouldn't be sending me a tree. I did not. Now, I have to repackage the broken trees and return them to Wayfair to receive my refund. They were kind enough to send prepaid shipping labels. If you've never used Wayfair before, don't. They're terrible.

We ordered a wardrobe. We found that the design of the wardrobe is essentially flawed. The base that is required to take a considerable amount of weight is quite flimsy. It would have been better designed as twin wardrobes side by side. That would have created a much stronger wardrobe. It would have been far easier to construct. We found Wayfair quite unsympathetic. We have decided that taking a complete loss is our best option. Would we recommend this company - not in a million years.

I waited for two days for courier “Hermes” to deliver and apparently I wasn’t in my own home? Ridiculous! Then wayfair states my chandelier would be returned to them, and they would deliver again. I asked when a few days later and it transpired they have given it to another person. Now I have to wait for 2 months for a re stock. Shocking service from start to finish. I will never use them again or “Hermes” courier
