I have ordered a kitchen stool bar, three of them of total £360 paid by Amex as they accept. They call me some many times and emailed about this transactions saying Amex stopped, after speaking to Amex they say the problem is with wayfair, wayfair asking for a bank statement with proof their taking this amount I refused as its my personal statement so they refuse to proceed with transaction. Unbelievable! In the end I order same bar chair for other supplier with next day delivery. Such a poor servise from wayfair

Send me a desk and was damaged, asked them to pick it up and refund me, they old me UPS would be picking up next day and they did not arrive, I phoned wayfair and they assured me UPS would pick up the next day so I waited all day again for nothing. After 3 days of messing around they finally told me that they wouldn’t be picking it up and I could dispose of the item myself ... Safe to say I now have a desk that I paid nothing for but don’t buy with this company they’re dreadful.

I sent an email asking if they would lower the price on a specific pair of lamps. The email I received back was written so poorly with horrible grammar and rude (!!) gestures. "We don't change prices!!" Well, technically you do. Because my email was prompted at looking at the sales ad you sent me. You had discounted prices on many lamps. So actually my request was quite reasonable. If you want to improve on your customer service skills a proper email would have read more like this: "Thank you for contacting us! I've taken the time to research your request, and unfortunately I do not have a better price to offer you on (name product specifically) at this time. We appreciate your business! Please let us know what we can to to serve you! And sign off properly. I got what looked like a response from an angry storefront owner who would just as well yell at you to your face vs offer a sincere desire for helping me.

Black Friday. 6 hours left. Found an outdoor sofa set for $645. Asked me to select frame color and only one option, grey was available. Select it. Final price was listed as $10,600. Thought it was a mistake. Messages on site said to call them. Tried. No response - just referral to call back on Monday. Is the price a come-on and they are just jacking up the price and never intended to sell it for the advertised price?

If could give any less I would, 1st item damaged new part sent out this also damaged 3rd part appeared to be OK until assembling new part has holes in the wrong place and on checking the other 1st replacement this also has holes in wrong place plus replacements are a different shade of white. This was ant a cheap sideboard we paid almost £300 for it it’s true value is worthless very badly made I’ve had better quality flat-pack from Argos and there not the best...

Shocking. Bought the globe whiskey cabinet for my boyfriend as a Christmas present and not one of his whiskey bottles fit. We knew that certain whiskey bottles wouldn't fit as they are all very different shapes, but not even a wine bottle fit!!! We went onto the website to check their pictures and they have a wine bottle and what looks like a few spirit bottles shown. Oh and also it was faulty, so we couldn't even put it together. Rang customer service, basically told us to return it at a £5 cost to us (product was already £79.99). We said that we didn't want a refund but instead a replacement, only if they could guarantee that ours would be the same as the one on their website and would at least fit a standard bottle. They said that all their products are the same, so the one we have is the one they sell. False advertising on their website then? Photoshop? Pretty sure this is against trading standards. The reply to all of this was, these are not our pictures and we are sorry. Is that it? Useless. First time customer, and last time I will ever order.

Honestly the most shocking and unprofessional service I have ever received. Ordered a bed on 13th November which was subsequently delivered on 19th November. Upon attempting to assemble the bed it was clear that they had issued incorrect parts which meant that we could not finish assembling the bed. Spoke with customer service the next day who are very 'sorry' and are working with their supplier to issue us with the correct part however that this is potentially going to take 3 weeks to reach me!! Ironic really seeing as I could re-order the bed today and receive the bed in 3 days? I have tried to raise a formal complaint, to which I am told again that they are sorry and understand my frustrations but 'this is what the system says'. The quality of the product would be great; if all parts were present however this service will deter myself, my family and friends from EVER ordering from Wayfair again.

Tried to order variety of goods for house. All went well until I entered post to be advised that delivery wasn't free. I live in central belt but they seem to regard my postcode as outer Hebrides. Poor poor service

If it could less than 1 star it would be. They've had my money for 3 weeks now, now sign of my order. I've emailed asking for an update, still waiting for an answer. My advice is to avoid this seller like the plague and someone tell Lorraine Kelly to stop advertising for them. Absolutely bloody awful.

Ordered 2 stools both poor quality and faulty which was obvious as soon as they were unwrapped. Good delivery but then have to pay for returns and deliver to a depot which considering how heavy the package is would have been impossible for most people as item big and transport needed. First time user and will not use again as feel ripped off. Very poor experience
