I ordered some new furniture for my new flat, around 14 items from beds to decorative flowers. I made it explicitly clear that I didn’t have access to the flat until Thursday 4th so could I arrange everything for the 5th. I was told “absolutely sir, not a problem”. For the following 7 days, I had around 20 calls from delivery drivers waiting outside my new flat trying to deliver items. I must have spoken to the Wayfair team 5/6 times to repeat the same thing about the Friday delivery to still end up with people turning up. I was then told that Wayfair have “no control of their supply chain delivery time” as they are a “drop ship company”. This meant that for me to have received all of my items I would have needed to take a week off work! When I did get my keys to the flat, I then found a number of parcels had been left on the doorstep instead of a safe place. I also had one delivery driver who decided to pick up a phone call to his “baby girl” whilst delivering one piece of furniture and decided to have an explicit phone conversation with her that evening. Still here waiting for a second bed and a mattress. Terrible service and what is worse is the fact Wayfair actually try to justify the poor experience by blaming their supplier chain. If you want a massive headache and no idea when stuff will arrive, use Wayfair. If not, there are plenty of other services that provide an actual customer experience.

Wayfair are using UKmail part of DHL after 4 atempts to deliver (every time the wrong address and number!) I just gave up with them. They did respond to my emails quickly but could not organise the delivery side of things. Total waste of my time.

Disgusting reply to my request to issue a replacement discount voucher for first time orders. I damaged the code taking it out of a leaflet. Sent photos, uploaded copy of the voucher. No. Couldn't help me. I will never order from Wayfair ever in my life! For a measly 10% discount I'm sure I can find better quality and better service elsewhere. Their attitude is downright degrading and humiliating.

We ordered a bed frame from Wayfair first and that was really good, and then ordered a long tv unit. This came in 2 pieces (ie like 2 smaller units attached together, complicated unclear fitting, different colour wood pieces and overall quality poor. For £250 expected better quality and the top table piece to be 1 long piece of wood else it’s cheap looking item Not worth the price. Tried to return and get charged £20 to return a faulty substandard item, which seems unfair. Won’t be using wayfair again for their return policy of faulty items. Buy with caution and don’t be decieved by what what you see and read. You don’t know what you will get and quality is different item by item, unless you happy to take risk and pay the return fees. I will chose to buy from companies that take faulty substandard products back free or where you can see the item in a store.

Fault with goods. Collection and delivery arranged. Collection happened no delivery. Took 2 days off work to accommodate. Now left with family arriving with no where to sleep. False promise from delivary agents XDP not to be belived.

Ordered a coffee table in July and after 3 months of delays their delivery firm DPD have received the coffee in their local depot (average rating 1.8) have failed to deliver for 3 days in a row. Possibly the worst experience. Will never use them again and will tell my friends and colleagues not to either.

Horrible delivery experience with Wayfair: they announced me a delivery date, I took a day off from work to be at my flat for reception, the delivery was never made .... rebooked the delivery on another day, took another day off, the delivery man came but wouldn't come up more than 2 floors (I'm on the 4th) because the lift wasn't working! I am by myself so can't lift it alone. No one called me to rebook the delivery date, they booked it without asking me. Called to change the date and was told that Wayfair do not make delivery over 3 floors if you don't have a lift. I've had a bed delivered all the way to my flat without the lift by another company, no problem at all! So I had to cancel my order and Wayfair actually charged me for it!! A complete rip off, will never use them again, no consideration for their customer whatsoever, would rather pay more and have a quality service.

Ordered and paid for a bed frame on the 13/09/2018. Same day received a email from Wayfair to say the frame had been discontinued and would receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Called them today only to be told that the refund had not gone through and would take another 3 to 5 days to show up in my bank. Had i not called them i would still be waiting for my refund in a month's time. In the meantime my daughter has to sleep on a mattress on the floor as I can't afford to buy the bed frame until money is in my account. Will never use WAYFAIR again.

Ordered item and waited in two dates was given for delivery. Complete guessing game when it will arrive. Think I’ll go elsewhere next time

Signed up for their credit card as they offered 12 months no finance. Learned after 11 months of auto-pay w/ paperless billing when I went to pay in full they were charging me 28% interest ($800 on 3K of furniture). When I called to explain the error, the answer was too bad, your fault. Apparently, when you sign up under the promotional offer, you do not receive the offer if you do not check a special box when you go to purchase. The box is a hoop to jump through and not obvious. Furniture is get what you pay for. Every item except the tableware had some form of defect.

2290141944 Horrible delivery service - i have been waiting for this item for a week now. and after daily followups and multiple visits to local couriers got one out of two packages. now i have to followup for i dont know how long to get the second package. Forget about buying from them if you are not in mainland.

2nd time I have ordered from Wayfair After a poor 1st experience I thought I would give them another go, I wish I hadn't! Lack of communication regarding your order and when it will actually arrive, staff unable to give you an actual date leaving the whole experience to be a total guessing game. Offered money back on my order but no good, if they have no idea when it will arrive so, declined this and the goodwill voucher as I will not be ordering from Wayfair again. Order cancelled for the 2nd time. Should of learnt my lesson the first time.

Very poor customer service. The delivery time they give you has no relation to the reality and when you ask for it they conveniently say we cannot call the carrier and we don't see any online update, we only can email them and they will respond in couple of hours! And they are happy recording the customer telephone conversation for what? To see how they joke with people time? Will never buy anything from them again!

Absolutely terrible! NEVER BUY FROM WAYFAIR! Ordered 3 items, first 2 arrived early, which is great, but if I was working I wouldn't have been there to take in the items so still not ideal... AND, the bed we ordered was damaged, and when we rang, they advised to put some tape on it! the third item, was supposed to arrive first, I live in Devon and the bloody order has been sent to Belfast!!! 3 days late already, have been promised it will arrive 'tomorrow' every single one of those days, and now I have to wait to monday?! I am FUMING!!!!!

The bed I ordered wasn’t quite what I wanted when it turned up so arranged for a collection and refund. Product collected on time but no refund, so rang customer service to chase who apologised and said it would be with me in three days. Now two weeks later and still no refund despite chasing. Never using this company again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Poor service. Wayfair lost one of my wallpaper in transit. Now they offered 10% discount on all future orders. Do they really think that I will use them to order any items in future. Refund will take 4-5 business days which is frustrating too
