“Rome October 2018 Welcome pickups worked for us, never heard of them before but took the chance. Easy to book, and change booking, kept us informed, drivers were where they where supposed to be when they should have been. Everything you would expect.”

“Brilliant service. A welcome bottle of water and map on arrival. Eva pointed out landmarks as we drove to the hotel and marked our nearest metro station on the map. Both drivers were friendly, helpful and polite.”

“We used Welcome Pickups for a family trip to Madrid and the service was first class. The drivers were friendly, professional and very informative. It was a such a relief to know I was going to get my hotel without the stress of finding local transport connections. Also I found the price acceptable and fair given the service provided. “Our hotel recommended Welcome Pickups for our transfers to and from the hotel from the El Prat Airport, Barcelona(BCN). Their rates were competitive and the drivers,Jamal and Alberto were prompt, courteous and informative. In addition to our 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks both cars also accommodated my wife's knee scooter as she had broken her foot and was in a plastic boot. We would happily use Welcome Pickups on our next trip to Catalonia to avoid the stress of airport transfers”
