“Welcome pickups in Barcelona were on time, professional and friendly. They sent updates and driver information and we felt very assured that they would arrive as booked and they didn't disappoint. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.”

“A pesar del problema generado por no disponer un conductor el día de mi llegada a Paris, tal como estaba coordinado, me hicieron la devolución total de lo abonado (120 euros) y me dieron gratis el viaje desde el hotel al aeropuerto como forma de disculpar las molestias causadas. De todos modos los recomiendo, pues me dieron una solución rápida, y eso se agradece.”

“We booked our pick up and drop off from the airport on-line. The picture of the driver and telephone number to make direct contact was very useful as we were delayed so had peace of mind that we would not be left without transport. Both drivers were friendly and helpful and it was fantastic not to have to worry about finding a taxi on the spot. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups service.”

“This is the first time I used this service and I found it very helpful. IT made my transportation to and from airports very easy. Drivers were prompt courteous and vehicles were clean . I had to ask for some changes in pickup drop off times on several occasions and this was easily accomplished. WOuld recommend this as an affordable service that makes life a lot easier. WIll use it again.”

“Welcome pickups was very easy to use..They sent 2 email reminders of pickup date, time and picture of the driver.I found this extremely helpful as we were waiting in the lobby of hotel and was easy to recognize the driver when he came in..Cars were in excellent condition..Will definitely use again...Diane from Canada”
