“Booking the taxi was easy. I was reassured when I was able to contact the driver by WhatsApp message to arrange an exact point to meet. Paying in advance was helpful. The driver was prompt, friendly & very knowledgeable about the 2 Lisbon football teams as well as the English Premier League!”

“Simple system in which to book, then the complications of pick up in the large and many-exits railway terminal that is Atocha (Madrid) were handled extremely well by the driver who picked me up (both before my arrival and after)”

“I used the service from the airport to the hotel and back again. I had the same driver on both occasions who was prompt, courteous and in tune to when I wanted to chat and didn’t. I enjoyed conversing with him; he is cheerful and we enjoyed a good laugh. I would absolutely use this service again. Thank you.”
