“Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”

“I really like this tree and would have given it a 5 if the programme control had been on a small handset. It is annoying to have to go to the plug socket to change the light programme. It is really good value for money.”

“They are of extremely poor quality and are the cheapest looking baubles I have seen in recent years. I have returned them. Postage for delivery and return was almost 50% of the total cost, I won't be using this company again. However, they were so cheap and nasty that I felt they must definitely go back! O star”

“I was very happy with the 6ft prelit tree. Better than the 5ft which I was going to change it for. Thankyou”
