“Ronseal moment; does what it says in the info on the website. Made to size I wanted, appears well made and tough (though time will tell) and arrived within the time indicated. Seems good value. Bought other stuff off the site too. Arrived next day. Well done.”

“Western towing stocked exactly the 13 core cable I needed and the correct specification. After placing the order on the internet I realised the next morning that I also needed to replace the 13 pin plug and rang to see if it could be added to my order before it was shipped. This was done without any bother and I received the parts next day. Have dealt with Western before and always had good service and they have an excellent range of stock.”

“First of all, when I telephoned with a query, the phone was immediately answered by a person who was most helpful. I ordered the item on-line at mid morning and had confirmation of receipt of order immediately. Later that day I received an email telling me the item had been dispatched. The item was delivered to my door early next morning. The whole process from ordering from Devon to delivery in Cheshire took less than 9 hrs! That's what I call SERVICE!!! Many thanks.
