“First of all, when I telephoned with a query, the phone was immediately answered by a person who was most helpful. I ordered the item on-line at mid morning and had confirmation of receipt of order immediately. Later that day I received an email telling me the item had been dispatched. The item was delivered to my door early next morning. The whole process from ordering from Devon to delivery in Cheshire took less than 9 hrs! That's what I call SERVICE!!! Many thanks. “I needed two replacement wheels/tyres for my Erde trailer. Western Towing offered them at a good price including a very reasonable postal charge. Placed the order on line and received them within 24 hours. Overall, very good service.”

“I was very grateful that the company phoned me to discuss an unusual order that I had placed. I had clearly made a mistake and it would have been easy for them just to dispatch the article and for me to incur extra expense returning it as unsuitable for a refund. “I ordered 2 rims for a trailor tent trailor and these came within two or three days of my order - very quick. I thought the price was very good. Not knowing much about wheels I ordered them after reading the guidance on your site re 'off set' and space between and pattern of stud holes. These were correct on my wheels when they came. However I found that the stud holes were too small and I have had to drill them out and the centre hole to go over the axle hub was too big, making getting the wheel back on a little awkward- better than too small I suppose!! If there was guidance on the site about this I did not see it. Wheels are fitted and a great improvement. I had looked for wheels for some time and yours was the only site I looked at where I was confidant I was getting the right wheels (well almost). Thanks Eddie Cain 10.07.2015”

“Very knowledgeable and know their product. I was able to order the correct parts to complete the trailer overhaul in one go. They also double checked that the brake drum I wanted required wheel studs rather than studs and wheel nuts. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them when I next need trailer parts.”
