“We recently purchased a trailer cover from Western Towing, the size i couldn't find on other sites but these ppl had the ideal item, it arrived in very quick time and we are very happy with this item. Would buy from them again. Great service.”

“Fantastic service, ordered some low value items on-line and received a phone call from the parts department querying if the parts were for the same hub (which they were supposed to be) as the parts I had ordered wouldn't be associated with the same hub. After a sterling effort by the parts department, which involved me sending photographs and them contacting the manufacturer of the hub/axle the correct parts were verified (I had made a mistake) and sent out to me that day. Highlights the knowledge, experience and fantastic customer service that the parts department deliver. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

We try our best to keep carriage charges as low as possible but the couriers do charge a lot of crossing the Irish Sea.- Thanks for the feedback

“WTA were helpful over the phone when advising the type of wheel clamp to buy for our new trailer. The Bulldog clamp has to be adapted to order by Bulldog, for the size trailer we have. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately had been made incorrectly. WTA offered a no quibble return and apology, despite it not being their error and arranged for a replacement to be made and delivered. Unfortunately this coincided with Bulldog undertaking it's summer fortnightly closedown, so it was a further 4 weeks before we received our correct clamp. WTA also double checked it fitted to a trailer wheel before calling to tell us it had been delivered. Sadly WTA hadn't popped up on my internet search when looking for the trailer, so we paid more elsewhere for it; however I will be purchasing the remainder of the accessories from WTA.”

“Service was very good. We went to look at a second hand trailer but drove away with a brand new trailer which had been prepared while we waited. We had a very good combined deal that included spare wheel, spare wheel mounting, jockey post and cover.”
