“8 days after placing my order and 8 days after my credit card was debited, I’m still waiting for my Whistles items to leave the warehouse - they haven’t even been dispatched yet. What’s going on with your service Whistles - this is really poor - not your usual standard at all!”

“After returning an item that was too large despite following the size guide, I wanted to order a smaller size. It's really a shame that you can't simply exchange because the coat that I ordered is suddenly much more expensive price as the price is no longer reduced. Maybe it's just bad luck but it doesn't feel right.”
