“Very dissapointed in the sizing in Whistles Jeans as a person who struggles to find Jeans that fit normally. Also, very disppointed that you have to pay if you wish to return your parcel by parcel collect”

“I own at least half a dozen Whistles items and have been very pleased by the quality and style of the products. Unfortunately this time the delivery was poor - 2 delivery dates were notified but not fulfilled, the third was but the quality of the packaging and documentation was poor quality and certainly not what I would expect from a high-end company like Whistles so I will be making contact with the details separately”

“I think I received the skirt returned by the previous customer who complained about the poor condition! Skirt is nice but you need to improve packaging to avoid extreme creasing in this item. I kept the skirt but am still waiting after 2 weeks to have the sale price match and professional cleaning refunded to me. Extremely slow customer service. Whistles, you need to do better.”
