“the dress did not fit me so i folloed the return instructions and sent it back over a week ago but i have had no confirmation that it arrived and despite emailing and phoning have had NO response from customer service. I would not purchase from Whistles again”

“Order was cancelled about 1hr after purchase,stock unavailable. Have had refund, buthow come have been charged for postage when didn’t even have any stock”
